In a land riddled with sub par, oversaturated pizza shop hoagies, Hauz is the North Star.”

“We stopped in for a quick bite. Much to our delight, everything was beyond our expectations. The service was friendly and helpful. The seating was clean and bright. And the food was delicious. We had gyro burgers and Greek wings. The burger was great and quite large. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and needed to take it home. The wings were cooked well, good quality, and the dipping sauce was an excellent addition. We were so full we took out dessert home, but once we tried it, we discovered that the baklava is fantastic. Highly recommend!”

“Stopped today for the first time. Flavor selection was great. Not too many to choose from making it simple to decide. But enough a choice to please most everyone. The red velvet was the first time I’d seen it as an ice cream. Very difficult flavor to do in baked goods yet alone ice cream. I enjoyed the flavor and got a pint to go. Black raspberry was very good. Teaberry was an option, one of my childhood favorites with my nan. I will be back again…. And again, and again, well, you get it. Ice cream is unfortunately, or is it fortunate, my kryptonite. ?Can’t wait to try other flavors. Thank you, JeffParking: Limited but not bad. The creations that they come up with are definitely nothing I could think of with the combinations of flavors that flow together. “I went there because it was recommended to me by the folks at Maguire Ford's Collision Center. Since they have never steered me wrong yet I thought I'd give it a try.The place is DANGEROUS but I passed the first hurdle... The donut gallery!!! It's there to capture the weak and the greedy and also test your lack of self control...Then on to hurdle #2 the menu. I said I passed the first hurdle I didn't say I was a low fat plate... So I ordered the Belgian waffle and of course you have to have fruit here's the compromise instead of the pie filling i had the fresh strawberries and the light whipped cream ???. Link sausages and home fries.Now the third hurdle only eat half the waffle and half of the sausages (you can't reheat home fries in a office microwave ??? no matter what you try). SUCCESS #1Finally the last hurdle get out of the door without a donut or a dozen...YES YES YES SUCCESSFULLY DONE!!!Kid-friendliness: I saw a kid there and they tried to tempt me with the donuts”

A little light in the toppings.Quickly noticed this is a Local favorite. Everyone comes here for ice cream. Within 30 minutes we witnessed at-least 60 people rotate through.Also super fast. The food was phenomenal and would hold its own to any Philadelphia eatery. Even better was the quality of service. From hosts to wait staff we never felt neglected.
