“We had our wedding rehearsal dinner for twelve there last Friday evening. I had made the reservation with Doug, the very nice owner, a month prior after he graciously showed me the restaurant. At Doug's suggestion, I called ahead that day to have some appetizers ready when we arrived and they were there, hot, fresh and delicious when my guests arrived. The restaurant was very busy but the food and service were excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and drinks they ordered. Farrah, our server, was friendly, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend DeBlaze 131 and hope to return there soon.“

Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! Sadly my party and I were just going to head back to Indiana, hungry when they called us back in and said”We’re going to make room for you all up top.” They proceeded to prepare another area upstairs to accommodate our party! I ordered the Guy's Breakfast, and the scrambled eggs were generous and perfectly prepared, the home fries had a lovely and savory taste, the sausage was real and delicious, and the ricotta pancake was fantastic. It was a filling breakfast and I didn't eat again until much later in the day.

It’s a log cabin style restaurant when you walk in
Pennsylvania has a deer problem so during hunting season add venison to the menu
The menu is off the charts there’s a lot to choose from
We have a lot of hunters in south western Pa so a game menu would be good
A rabbit rattlesnake appetizer would be great
