“Hands down the best breakfast we have ever had. Seafood omelet and steel city breakfast delicious! Portions are large, had enough to bring some home. Husband had a banana split and said it it one of the best he’s eaten. Our waitress was so nice. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience! We will definitely return when in the area.“

“We stopped in between games to feed our 12-year-old team; 11 players and all the families that go with it for a total of 46 people - at 12:15 on a Saturday. They smiled, accommodated us, were efficient and kind, and delivered fantastic, hot food to get us back to the fields in time for Game 2! Highly recommend! Thanks for being you, Downey’s House!!“

“What a special place to celebrate our anniversary! Not only was the food delicious and reasonably priced, we had wonderful service. We were surprised by a handmade anniversary card from the staff and a complimentary dessert. The Juniper Grill is definitely on our list to return to!“

3rd time that has happened
And the bun was not toasted that needs fixed for all the burgers
And if i can make a suggestion
Add venison to the menu
It’s a log cabin style restaurant when you walk in
Pennsylvania has a deer problem so during hunting season add venison to the menu
The menu is off the charts there’s a lot to choose from
We have a lot of hunters in south western Pa so a game menu would be good
A rabbit rattlesnake appetizer would be great
Keep the REESE'S desert on the menu“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. We had soup of the day and Salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Our server was Bonnie Lynn and we will ask to be set in her section next time. She never quit smiling.“

“Overall, I was happy with Countryside deli. They are very kind and courteous. I do think that the chicken nuggets could have some more seasoning and I was disappointed that the subs/nuggets we ordered didn’t come with any condiments and that no condiments were offered. I personally felt for the price, condiments should have been included, but I would have been willing to pay extra for them as well.

“The 2023 Alpine Club Picnic is today. There are plenty of activities and games for the children, and there is lots to eat including roasted pig!“
“*SEMITRUCKS*: Overnight Space available, came with a Load here to deliver, they start about 6am, be aware that they charge LUMPER Fee, they only take cash or com checks or EFS. I had to walk to a gas station to an ATM to get the cash. Besides that, the people that work in this place they are very polite and nice, they offer me coffee, and greet me properly. Thumbs Up or Heart to this review to help other drivers.“

“We were in the hotel for a school graduation event in the meeting space, figured we'd grab dinner on site to make it easy. The menu was a simple one page affair, printed paper so it's nice that it changes often I guess. We had a flatbread that the girls loved and I had a smokehouse chicken salad with a BBQ vinaigrette dressing that was awesome.I can't rave about the atmosphere as it is simply an aged hotel, pretty vanilla. The service and value, however, were great and you shouldn't hesitate to stop by.
Kid-friendliness: We didn't see any choices that were kid-specific, but before we asked our server, he suggested chicken strips and fries, lol. Worked out great.“
“Loved this place! I have been wanting to stay at the property for quite sometime due to my commute. I decided to check out the Restaurant & Bar and was greeted with such lovely staff. Connie could not have been more hospitable with her knowledge of drinks, conversation and amazing service. Scott, Food & Bev.Manager was highly impressive as well. His professionalism on top of personality and knowledge of the f&b world was an enjoyable experience. I will be back weekly if not monthly thanks to Connie & Scott. This is a truly a hidden gem with amazing food & service! Beautiful property! Thanks Connie & Scott!!“
