“I love this place! I’ve been coming here for 35 years or so. This was a place that our kids loved to go, especially when they could sit underneath the giant sailfish. It’s an iconic place in the Lehigh Valley. The food is always excellent, but my favorite is the pizza.It’s consistently excellent-the best in the Lehigh Valley IMO. It has the perfect amount of tomato and delicious cheese on a thinner crunchy crust . The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We’ll never tire of coming here.“

“My family has been going here for 15+ years. Never takes more than 10-15 minutes (worth the wait even if there was one). Very consistent quality. The pizza has never been greasy, even with pepperoni or sausage. The dough is very flavorful and doesn't need to be drowned out by garlic or salt to be good. Great yeast flavor profile. Best pizza in a 30 mile radius, maybe even more. Do yourself a favor and get a pie from here.“

I’d go out of my way to get this pizza, that’s how good it was. I asked if the food could be delivered at 5 pm and not only did it come about 10 minutes early, but it was piping hot too! “I'm on a quest for the best pizza for summer of 2024 and this is it so far. I ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and it's SO good (also too big for the box). The only critique I have is I wish there was a bit more sauce. Also got a Ceasar salad, the dressing was rich and lettuce crisp. It's not a place where you're going to get greeted with a big fat smile, in fact no one greeted me for the first few minutes even though the place was empty ? but the guy at the cashier was cordial and the pizza is excellent, which is all I care about when ordering take out.“

“I went in for 2 slices of pizza at 8:40 pm (they close at 9pm) and I don't know what I was expecting but of course they didn't have any individual slices, as it was the end of the day. But when I asked for two slices, the kind employees went out of their way to make a whole pie 15 minutes before they close all so I could have my 2 slices of pizza! Everyone there was extremely kind and outgoing, and on top of everything else I open the pizza box to discover an EXTRA SLICE on top! “I've been trying to find a good pizza place for several years now. Amore is the best one so far. Good service. Great tasting pizza but just a few small things. The crust is nice & thin which I love. I hate thick, doughy crust. However, it is very floppy and it would be perfect if it was crispy. As far as salads, I do wish they would use romaine or arugula instead of iceberg lettuce which I am definitely not a fan of so I wind up making my own salad as a side. Since I am from Brooklyn, I am a pizza snob. : ) There's a difference in calzones and rolls prepared here. Calzones should have ricotta in them and whatever else one likes to add. I also wish they had a bigger selection of 'rolls'. Broccoli rolls and Spinach rolls(with ricotta and mozz) But otherwise, very good.“

The pizza was good, but the stuffed Philly cheese steak slice was fantastic. It's served with a side of marinara sauce. Service was prompt and quick although ordering seemed a bit confusing due to the menu being a little difficult to read. The place itself was small, not exactly spacious enough as a sit down experience. More like it's pizza you can eat at the mall. The did have other interesting things on the menu, with the most peculiar option being a beef patty. Honestly not a bad pizza spot.“

“Came here on my first night in PA! I’m from New York, and I was coming in not expecting great pizza, BUT LET ME TELL YOU! This pizza was SO good! I had the BBQ chicken pizza slice, and we ordered a serving of garlic knots. YOU MUST ORDER THE GARLIC KNOTS!!!!! The garlic knots were absolutely out of this world! The pizza had great taste, and was very close to tasting like a NY slice!

The business overall was great, and the workers were nice for not kicking us out when we were sitting there for 4 hours talking. We left them a tip, since they were nicely saying, “we are closing,” when they took our tray away lol!! Overall, I recommend this place!“
