“Drive through. I ordered and proboverlooked my order and agreed. Pulled up and got an iced latte instead of hot. The employee not only remade a drink but he was kind enough not to waste the mistake. Let's just say that little detail made for a happy employee in my team when he got a free drink. As Bob Ross had to say, happy little mistake.“
“The front lobby drink counter was filthy with sticky spilled soda all over it. I went in and ordered for carryout and my food was good and warm but that front lobby could use a lot of help. There was a lovely young lady that helped when I needed some ketchup since their pump container was empty. I had asked another lady and she turned around and ignored me but the other young lady was very kind. I wish I got names but everybody was moving so quickly.“
“Normally my visits to mcdonalds are never worth mentioning. Whether it be good food and grumpy employees or the opposite. Today I was greeted with a smile and told to have a good day along with 2 picture perfect sandwiches and a coffee that is delicious and made the correct way. No sugar laying in the bottom of the cup.... thank you to the two employees I interacted with at the drive thru windows, you started my day off with a smile and that can forever change someone's entire day.“
