“Drive through. I ordered and proboverlooked my order and agreed. Pulled up and got an iced latte instead of hot. The employee not only remade a drink but he was kind enough not to waste the mistake. Let's just say that little detail made for a happy employee in my team when he got a free drink. As Bob Ross had to say, happy little mistake.“

“Fortunately a cashier finally came to assist me. The kiosks are nearly impossible to use. I don't want to login, I'm not a member and I don't want to be a member. I couldn't find bacon egg and cheese biscuit on the menu anywhere on the kiosk. Finally I ordered at the cashier. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was okay, but certainly not as good as normal.“
