“Have lived in the area for years. In the past, I would avoid this location because of poor service and delayed orders. Have gone back recently, and it seems to have made a turn around. Customer service much better and orders come out promptly. Not sure if this aligned to the new ownership, but keep up the good work.“

“I had been going to the Capriotti’s location in Exton for years. Since moving to Downingtown, the experience has improved above what was already a great value. The rolls are perfection, the amount of quality ingredients on the subs easily worth the value.The Bobbie is an excellent departure from the usual sub spots. A taste of Thanksgiving any time of year. The turkey is always so fresh. I do like their cheesesteaks as well. They’re best when you’re eating in and get them right off the grill.My wife is vegetarian, and she loves that all of the menu items have an equivalent vegetarian option. The veggie Cole turkey is a winner, and the impossible cheesesteak is so close to the regular cheesesteak you almost can’t tell them apart.“

“I come here every Monday for my lunch. They know exactly what I get and have it ready for me before I even get there. The waygu and blue salad is my favorite. I love this place and the staff are so kind and wonderful. All it took was ordering a few times before they knew my exact order. Highly recommend.“
