“have been going here for twenty years never had a bad sandwich or a bad interaction with anyone working for them. I have been home bound and on oxygen for three years now and the kindness the staff has shown when I call to order or the regular two drivers who always take the time to make sure I get my delivery knowing it takes me few minutes to make it to the door is nothing short of amazing. I had a concern today with my delivery and they as usual said will be handled. thanks for always putting your customers first thanks Merle McClintock“

I bought lunch today for my contractors doing a training meeting and all of them were ecstatic with the quality of the food and half of them never even heard of this place which made me sad but now they’re gonna be regulars. We got an Italian Panini, Roast beef hoagie provolone cheese, Hot roast beef extra American cheese, Italian hoagie, turkey club no tomatoes on rye bread, Trio special add mortadella, & an Italian tuna. All of them were PERFECT! Ignore those 1 star reviews… they wouldn’t know good food if it bit them on the butt. Make sure you stop in!“

“Love the new Primo's in Edgemont/Newtown Square!!! We had an event recently for our daughter's communion, and Ross and the team knocked it out of the park with the party tray we ordered. The place is fantastic, and Ross runs a great operation over at the new Primos in Edgemont! I highly recommend them!!!! They won't disappoint!!!!“

“I didn’t want to be THAT customer that comes in immediately after the store opens, but I was pleasantly surprised to get amazing and positive service right at 10:02 AM. I was greeted by a really nice person by the name of Em, who took my order and seemed genuinely sweet. Her smile and positivity started off my day wonderfully and made me feel welcome!! She also made sure I got all the toppings I wanted on my sandwich!!
My mild italian sandwich was sliced perfectly and put on a freshly baked roll which was delicious!!

I called and they just said that's what they got in the delivery. HELLO, you still picked it up and served it. That represents your store. You made the decision and the choice not to correct it. They also stopped carrying the yummy jarred pickles.“
