“I ordered over the phone a ny style pizza today. When I arrived pizza was ready, but was regular. WITHOUT hesitation, the gentlemen working said I will make you another no charge. I said nope, it could have been misheard I was using my speaker phone. We both agreed with misunderstood eachother. He made me what I wanted..I said I would buy both..I believe he discounted me..the point being, his customer service was excellent. I am in high-end travel customer service I give them 5 stars for his! I will be back because of it!

“My husband and I ordered from here for the first time last evening. Ordered a Detroit with pepperoni and 2 pepperoni rolls. We loved the pepperoni rolls so much we got 2 more when we finished eating. The sauce on the pizza is one of the best sauces I’ve ever had, I’ll definitely be asking for extra sauce moving forward. Patrick & his staff were so kind, we will definitely be back very soon!“

“We googled best pizza in Verona and we were not disappointed. Very delicious pizza! These negative reviews on here are bogus. Someone was obviously being just a troll. I love the fact that they take cash only. Which is some of the negativity here. A positive comments I've read here are in fact accurate. While we were picking up our pizza. A customer came in and picked up a couple of slices that they knew by name. Definitely worth the money. Thank you very much. We will definitely be back.“

“I had to take the time to brag about the service we received last week. Carol is an absolute gem of a human. I cannot say enough good about her. She was a breath of fresh air after a long day. She was the perfect amount helpful and engaging. Her 41 years of service is seasoned to perfection. The whole time I thought I knew her from somewhere. We finally realized we had met her before at another Pizza Hut where she had been for a long time. My impression, I remembered, was the same. She had been just as hospitable and sweet before. “We were in the area and wanted to have pizza night. I looked at local places and saw that Bishop's was a full star higher than the surrounding pizza chains.
We got 1 pizza and an order of garlic wings. The crust was incredible! We were concerned that the 8 inch pie would be small but it was filling and just right.
The wings were CRISPY and cooked to perfection (I can't stand soggy wings and they were not soggy). I'm so happy to have randomly found this pizza joint, and we will definitely be returning!“
