“Great place. However I am leaving this review in the hope that someone sees this and decides to sell pizza slices all the time and have the same menus on all floors. It's so weird that they'll only sell you a slice of pizza when there is a show going on but otherwise you can't do that. When spirit was new years ago they let you hang out in the lodge and get slices. But now the lodge has no food unless it's a show, and they make you order a whole pie at the restaurant. It's confusing and it sort of sucks if you're by yourself and just want a beer and a slice. That used to be the coolest part about Spirit.“

The staff is always friendly. The one little lady who works there is always so bubbly. If you're looking for something different, something that isn't frozen pizza, or something that feels like comfort food, this is the place. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend paying them a visit.“

“We had intended to stay and eat our pizza, but my wife dumped her soda all over herself and we took it to go. The restaurant is great, staff was very nice and the pizza was amazing! “The team at Milanos gave exceptional customer service tonight. I originally placed an order on the Slice app, but noticed the ETA never updated. Long story short, the order never went through on the app side. After waiting on hold with the Slice for 20 min, Milanos called me back to confirm they got the order and would have it done right away. My kids and I arrived early and while we were waiting, one of the young men working there taught my son how to hand toss dough (he might be a future Milanos employee now). “I have been going to this place since I was a kid. After a visit to Kennywood we would always go for pizza here. The original owners we some of the nicest people I had met over the years and their daughter is carrying on the tradition . She always greets everyone with a smile and is super friendly :) My family and I love their square pizza and usually asked for it to be baked alittle longer for extra crunchiness. My 6 yr old grandson loves their pizza and always ask for it when he a over . The sauce and cheese is always the right amount, the pepperoni is yummy too !!! All around every visit here is always a positive experience 🍕😋🇮🇹“

The venue was small, intimate - giving a sense that you were among a hip crowd. Staff was very gracious and welcoming, especially the kind lady working the ticketbooth that night.

Can't speak for the drinks or the food quality. But as a venue for hearing awesome music, it's hard to beat one like The Thunderbird.“
