A place where when I go is mostly teens. They do have great customer service. On the phone and pick up. Plus its local so after work is super convenient. The garlic on tje crust is was sold me. I have extreme gut issues that I've learned to live with. you've posted many times that with your dough and high quality ingredients you promise it won't be an issue. you are absolutely right. the Sicilian i had last night was amazing. the freshest tasting sauce I've ever had. the dough was so light and crispy. completely absent of any grease. legit the best bite of a pizza. even reheated leftovers cant be beat. I didnt have any gut issues at all which is unreal for me. thank you! and also the friendliest staff you could ask for.“

Food was perfect and as expected. I would tone down the salt maybe 25% but excellent.

The sauce is savory and delightfully not sweet, which is a massive win in our book. Pair that with a crust that has an actual, honest-to-goodness crunch, and you have a perfect pie. Ordering online is seamless, and the staff working there are amazingly awesome. They are super friendly, efficient, and clearly take a ton of pride in their work.

Finding a decent meal around here has been a bit of a hazard, considering Pizza Palermo literally served us food off the floor and Lelulo's is a hard pass for a laundry list of reasons. Save yourself the drama and the health hazards. If you want a dependable, delicious pizza with zero floor-seasoning and elite customer service, Universal is the clear winner.“

“I have been going to this place since I was a kid. After a visit to Kennywood we would always go for pizza here. The original owners we some of the nicest people I had met over the years and their daughter is carrying on the tradition . She always greets everyone with a smile and is super friendly :) My family and I love their square pizza and usually asked for it to be baked alittle longer for extra crunchiness. My 6 yr old grandson loves their pizza and always ask for it when he a over . The sauce and cheese is always the right amount, the pepperoni is yummy too !!! All around every visit here is always a positive experience 🍕😋🇮🇹“

“Look, this is basically the better end of fast food pizza. They have the traditional ceramic 1000 degree ovens and one guy on shift (I assume because it wasn't Fri ir Sat night) doing his absolute best. It's a tiny little shop with no seats tucked into a corner of the Golden Mile.

But the dough was excellent, the pizza perfectly cooked and the guy was nice as he!! on the phone and in person.

The cheese is above average, the toppings just enough and they have a deal for orders over $25 that get a free 2L if you pay cash. Get some extra toppings and drink.

But good golly the parking, lol. Easily a 35degree grade in the closest spots, make sure your parking brake is in order or use the other set of spaces that don't require a sherpa.
Heaven help you if you want to head north after getting your pie.They may even have a sign telling you not to turn left, but who can be bothered?

I'm a pizza snob, but this is solid local that stops far enough short of mass market that I recommend.
