Today was a cold and rainy Friday. I was almost the last person to leave work and got no time to cook dinner for the family. Worse still, walking on the parking lot in the dark and tripping myself, I got multiple bleedings and bruises all over me. Chick-fil-A was my last hope for comfort and convenience. But when I opened my bag I broke down: it was just not what I ordered. I ordered a 30-pc nugget, a side salad, and one LG fries.What I got was three LG fries, a full market salad, and a 12-pc nugget. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn’t get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. This is all what I need and this made a really bad day in my life a little better. This location will continue to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot.“

“I think I died and went to heaven and the guardian angel that protected me my whole life was Drew. The food was piping hotter than hot potato and my Dr. Pepper was more crisp than a winter wonderland. In all seriousness this was the best trip I've ever been on to chickfila in my life (I've been here more times than I can count). Everyone was great, but one stood out. Drew probably came to my table 6 times, just to make sure every last item got to my table, his calm domenor was reassuring and I couldnt say thank you enough times. As we were getting up from the table he comes up and asks about refills, we said of course and he takes 3 of our cups and goes off to refill, he comes back and give our exact cups back to us. Ik thats the standard but he took 3 cups and memorized which one belonged to us, I thought for a moment he was superman, but superman doesnt have the muscles that drew did. His dedication to his job was admirable, he wasnt annoying, he wasnt over the top, he was just Drew. Wherever you are Drew, I will be indebted to you forever for this perfect service. “Sonic is probably my favorite fast food place. I love their popcorn chicken and wings. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.

“I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

“I've been to the Five Guys in King of Prussia plenty of times, and I was there again last weekend. Same story every visit: the food hits the spot and the staff actually pays attention. Burgers come out hot, seasoned right, and made how you asked. Fries are always fresh and they pack the bag.

“I don't typically eat at Taco bell. I saw an advertisement for their chocolate and Carmel Empanadas and wanted to try them. I went through the drive thru. It was run by AI voice. I could not see the whole menu as it was one screen worth and flipped though. As someone who doesn't eat here normally and doesn't know their menu, I didn't like this feature. Speaking with and hearing the AI voice was ok. No issues with that. It gave me deal suggestions which had me ordering a drink too. It asked if I wanted to round up for students, which I am use to a lot of places doing this. When going to pick up my food, it was slower than I expected. The individual was nice, not sure if they were just short staffed. I wasn't a fan with the Empanadas. Especially the Carmel one as it barely had any Carmel inside. The chocolate one was filled with more. I wasn't a fan of the flavor, felt it was kind of bland. I was expecting it to be very sweet and rich. That is my opinion on them. I went to order just the chocolate but the order came with one of each, which was a nice surprise. I thought the price was for just one, not both.“

“Typically, Dairy Queen establishments with indoor seating aren’t are run down and serve lower quality ice cream than purely outdoor ones. Not sure why, but that’s I’ve experienced over the years.

This location, however, is very nice. Thanks to this DQ, I don’t have to spend the colder months craving a blizzard and can try all of the seasonal flavors. The ice cream is consistently good; I go here almost every week, and they never once skimped or served ice cream that wasn’t fresh. The seating area is clean and well maintained.“
