“My family and I typically visit the Folsom location—however we drove by and they were extremely packed (like, line all the way to the road packed!), so we decided to drive to this location instead, since it’s only a short distance. I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there! And i’m not sure why, as the customer service was great, they have plenty of seating, a nice size/accessible parking lot, AND they have a drive-thru!“

The strawberry is just not good--takes artificial. The praline butter cake, pumpkin cheesecake (fall flavor), and carrot cake dulche de Leche (fall flavor) are all very good though. Portion sizes are good. Employees/service is good. Has an automatic door and is wheelchair accessible, although the concrete is kind of uneven and bumpy leading into the store, so might have a little trouble in a wheelchair.“

I didn't know which way to access the patio so naturally I walked around to the other (wrong) side of the building searching for the back patio. I was met by two locked doors. I then walked down the path then around the front of the store and then I went in the other direction.... kept going... looking for the patio and found it in the back of the building where I placed my order. I was disappointed that there was no sugar-free ice cream but they had a vast array of cones. Then, I had to walk to another window to pick up my ice cream cone. The ice cream was really, really good though the prices were steep yet they asked for a tip in addition to the steep prices. Even with that, however, I will return. I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.

The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!

Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!

You get a good sized portion for the price

“This is a review mostly for the Popalong Truck run by Weckerly's, although because my husband and I love the scoop shops so much, that's the main reason we booked the truck for our wedding!

One of our most favorite things in the world is ice cream, and so we knew we wanted to reach out to Weckerly's for their Popalong truck option.

They absolutely delivered.

They were great with communication, pricing, and helping us determine what package would be the best for us.

Our guests could not stop talking about the ice cream and popsicles, and some even got seconds and thirds!!

Some of our favorite photos are of us by the colorful and cute ice cream truck.

They were right on time for when they should arrive at the venue, and the staff member working the event was incredibly friendly.

They were prompt with our emailed questions and very professional and kind. We were super happy with our package options and flavor options, and nothing was last minute with them; they reached out well in advance with when we needed to make these decisions, and were seamless to work with.

So happy that they could be a part of our big day and we'd recommend the Popalong truck to anyone looking to have a fun and unique dessert option for their wedding day as well!“

They have unique flavors of water ice such as sweetish fish, peach, dragonfruit, pear, blue raspberry, tangerine, cotton candy, and more. The really unique ones such as dragonfruit and pear come and go, they don’t stay permanently like the cherry and blue raspberry kinds so keep that in mind if you ever go and don’t see it on their menu“

“We initially came here because we thought it was Vita, but that was right next door. However, we were not disappointed! The place is cute and has a few over the counter Italian goodies for purchase. We got gelato and hazelnut lattes. It was so delicious and the young man working there was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and clean. Excellent service and delicious gelato and coffee.“
