“Can't say enough good things about these young ladies. The smoothies and fruit bowls are the only items I've tried but... WOW! Just excellent. And everyone is so sweet, just great people.

My only 'complaint' is that the smoothies aren't cheap. But sadly, that's not their fault. They need to make a profit and ingredients, insurance, rent, etc are all UP, UP, UP. So with that, I gave them 5 starts across the board. Check em out!“

There's no fancy decor or seating as it's take-out only but Kyle the owner and mixologist has a welcoming personality so you don't mind watching him prepare your order. “Pretty authetic mexican barbacoa from Capulhuac, mexico state. It gets pretty busy on weekends and they warn if kitchen is getting busy. Barbacoa is pretty good and I was happily surprised to find that sweet tamales are the state of Mexico style: "canarios", made of rice instead or corn with a pretty soft and fluffy texture.“

Usually I love this place. But this most recent time I ordered a 20 oz smoothie with the protein and sea moss add ons and received a 16 oz smoothie that was kinda warm and just seemed off taste wise from what I usually get. I’m not one to complain but for the price you pay you at least hope to receive what you paid for. I still love this place and will continue coming back but a bit sad about this most recent experience.

I also ordered the tuna melt and it is not the same as it used to be. Honestly disappointed in my experience. Couldn’t even finish the melt. I hope it gets better honestly.“

I tried this place out when I was looking for a healthy smoothie post-workout, and I enjoyed my smoothie and experience so much, that I downloaded their app to get reward points! Going to Playa Bowls is now my favorite post-workout treat. I’m looking forward to going there for breakfast or a midday snack to try out some of their fruit bowls“

“This place is spectacular. We’ve never had Ethiopian food and came to try it this afternoon. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing. We got the doro tibs and veggie combo to try a few different things. My favorite was the doro tibs, misir, and beets. As someone with a gluten sensitivity, the gluten free injera option was incredible. I also got a soda. The total was less than $50 for two people. A wonderful place and I will definitely be back. Next time I’m looking to try their Ethiopian iced coffee!

Kamals is located inside the Reading Terminal market, as soon as you walk in from one of the Home2 hotel facing side entrance, it is right there.

Staff were super friendly, and took the effort to find out when they will have more dubai chocolate come in since they were sold out for that day.

As for the sweets they have here are authentic middle eastern yummies. Real honey, delicious flavor.

The space itself is almost like a diner, where you can see the kitchen from your table. Our Make-Up Girlie in the group wanted to check out the DIY Skincare workshop! The interior is small and has many things going on! It is a smoothie/juice bar as well as offering natural skin care offerings!
I signed ups up online for the 1-Hour workshop and the owner walked us through the steps by asking us o about skin types along with offering tips on how to address: normal; oily or dry skin types!

I appreciated the tips and the owner is a walking billboard for her company..her skin is flawless!

“My usual smoothie bowl place changed their hours, and had been messing up my order, a lot. So I Googled other smoothie bowl places, and found this place was closer to where I live. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they got my order (even with modifications!) exactly right! The cashier was very personable, there was street parking nearby, and the bowl was a decent size. I got the nutty bowl, I believe, but no pecans, and added chocolate chips (I love chocolate, ok?).. I have been back since and got the same thing. I will definitely keep coming back!“
