“For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!“

I ordered at the counter and within a few minutes the food was ready to go. I did the chipotle chicken panini and the turkey chili, both had great flavor and quality serving sizes. “The staff and patrons were all amazing! I felt the brotherly love Philly and the grease was on the bag before I opened it; so that was a good sign! I got the Chicken Cheesesteak my friend got the beef. Meat was seasoned and cut up nicely; however, the onions were laid on top of the meat in the hoagie and not chopped up with the meat. I think chopping them up together makes a more cohesive hoagie. Would also like to add bell peppers and not just hot peppers. The bread was also a little thick and made the hoagie harder to bite and more chewy. I toasted the bread later and that helped make it easier to chew. The bathroom was a tiny room, but Im glad they had one and it was fully stocked with toilet paper. Super cute establishment.“

“My partner and I got married here in Fall '26, and had an excellent experience! Chelsea Allen (Event Coordinator), Michael (Sales), and the entire team made the process smooth. If you want a gorgeous, garden wedding, great food, and zero day-of-coordination stress — this is the place.

Venue: I searched the tri-state area extensively for a venue that could hold ~150 guests, had nature, had a solid rain backup plan, had some non-Western food options and wouldn’t break the bank. This place checked every box and is one of the few. It's wheelchair-accessible, easy to reach from PHL, and close to several hotels — important for our many out-of-town guests. The base package included catering, tables, linens, and other items that add up fast at more DIY venues. For us, the time-saving and stress of not having to, for example, remember to rent silverware was worth the peace of mind.

Staff & Coordination: Chelsea Allen was key to making our wedding day stress-free. We didn't have to think about logistics once on the day itself — and the venue's detailed pre-wedding planning document ensured every last detail was understood and accounted for well in advance.The team accommodated all non-traditional requests without hesitation: unusual number of vegetarian guests, non-standard formal dances, and more. Michael in Sales stood out as one of the few sales people already familiar with Indian wedding elements, and he was patient and thorough throughout the entire contract process with our many, many questions. Bonus: The day-of staff made sure we never had an empty glass and sent portions of the cocktail hour bites and dessert to us so we didn’t miss out.

Food: Food was delicious! The menu also goes beyond standard Western wedding fare, which we loved. We didn’t personally try this, but they can even accommodate serving Indian food not on the standard menu (at an added cost) — a rarity among similar venues, most of which can’t do it or charge a steep premium to bring in outside vendors.

Practical Tips:
-Before signing the contract, review the full breakdown of what's included and request prices for any upgrades that are important to you (upgraded plateware, premium linens, specialty food items etc.). No surprises that way.
-Bridal Suite food must be ordered through the venue. You can review the menu and costs before signing. In the end, this was an inconsequential cost in our wedding budget.
-Easels for signs and table number holders aren't provided (but everything else is!). Plan on bringing your own — I'd suggest Pomme keep these in stock!

Overall, a fantastic experience and a venue we'd recommend without hesitation!

“Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

Had to come back for a specialist appointment yesterday, and asked friends, where can I get a good hoagie in Newtown Square. A Cut Above Deli was the ONLY recommendation, and they were 100% right! The hoagie was ready on time, wrapped in four sheets of paper, and was solid, hefty. The countermen were friendly and genuine. $15 for a "regular" seemed steep, but I was judging them by the standards of lesser sandwiches; once I opened it and got a bite, I realized it was a fair price. “My daughter hosted her wedding reception there on July 26th 2025. It is a spacious venue, well-lit with more than the basic accoutrements. Ample parking which is a huge plus! Facilities , mirrors, etc spotless. There was no shortage of staff who were: courteous, responsive, and professional. The starmaid, Dominique handled all guests with ease. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and the choice of food options. I asked a staffer if the food was prepared with Love and she said always 😂. “We chose Cricket Catering for our daughter’s wedding at the Duportail House - Chesterbrook the weekend of 10/19/24. I cannot say enough about how wonderful all of the food was. Owner/operator Drew was so easy to work with. When we first went to his facility for a tasting we were shocked by the amount of and the variety of the foods he served us, all at no cost. We sampled everything from appetizers to desserts. We chose a buffet style service which included a taco/fajita bar as well as three other entrees and side dishes. Drew was also very attentive to our guests with dietary issues. Items which were gluten free were clearly labeled as such. At the last minute we informed him of our need for two vegan meals which he prepared and served directly to those guests! What added to the event was his wonderful staff. The servers were so polite, warm, and friendly. We fell in love with them and especially the bartender!! She was the best!! Drew was also very accommodating with allowing us to bring in our own desserts, which included a waffle and ice cream food truck. Most caterers would not allow such things. Planning a wedding can be very anxiety producing, but Drew made the catering part of it as easy as can be. The guests are still raving about the food!“
