“More take out than eat in. If you read my reviews you know my 45 years in food service the first thing I look for and notice is how clean a place is. Perfect.

I was very impressed with this shop. I had a slice of one of the best pizza in Delaware county. Not salty or to sweet, just right. I had plain, thin and crispy from the first bite to the last bit of crust.
Did I mention the crust? The crust is amazing, crispy and thin with just the right combination of sauce and cheese.
The edge was like a nice soft pretzel, usually I don't eat them, but I left none to be seen, truly you have to try it.
Since the pizza was so good I have to go back for a cheese steak.
By the way The restaurant is halal.“

My husband and I often buy two dishes and share so we can have falafel AND chicken, plus leftovers. “I've been eating from the trucks in this area for 5 years now and Nafi Food Express has become my favorite truck in the area. First, the owners of the truck are particularly friendly and generous to people in this area. Next, I absolutely love their chili chicken over rice. It is extremely flavorful and quite spicy. It's a refreshing and lighter alternative to the heavier foods served by trucks around this area. I can't recommend this dish enough. I also enjoy the $1 naan. I consider it a pleasure to recommend this food truck to people in the area.“

“I tried their lamb over rice and fried chicken with fries they all tasted fantastic. The fried chicken had so much flavor with the skin really crispy and flavorful. Lamb over rice was very good too. Prices were very reasonable with a lot of food. Customer service is well and people were very friendly. If in Philadelphia, this is a must try.“

“Where can you find a good quality tasty and satisfying lunch that's for less than $10 in town? Penn Halal food truck on 40th and Locust that's where! I didn't even have to ask for hot sauce because it's offered on most platters along with white sauce. (Definitely choose both. )There's plenty of seating on nearby benches and the campus grass too. “I visited the truck during my lunch break to pick up lunch for me and my mother. We both got the chicken over rice with the salad. The man in the truck was very nice and personable. The person in front of me ordered six plates, and he served them promptly. When it was my turn order, he greeted me warmly and served the food fairly quickly. The food is delicious and the portions are great, the meal comes with a drink as well. it's a plentiful serving because I only ate half for dinner and had the other half the next day for lunch and it was just as delicious. I think overall, you can't beat the delectable taste with the price. 10/10“

I live in the neighborhood and was elated to see how close I was to a halal cart. What I was initially worried about was that it would be a sub-par one and it would only be frequented out of desperation for its close proximity. But my fears were for nothing because this cart is a cut above the rest! Quality abounds from always having succulent chicken to making the falafel fresh when you order it. Portions are generous making it a great value as well. Of course, a free drink per industry standard. You can tell that this cart serves the community well; many of them being in the noble profession of healthcare. I couldn't recommend this halal cart more to those who pass it!“

“This review is about the second Khan truck that serves smash burgers, fries. The truck is right next to the OG Khan's Halal food truck.

The burger, fries, their secret sauce ... everything was delicious. Burger had pickles and caramelized onions. Bun was soft and smashed patty was juicy. Not at all dry. And it had a slice of cheese. Cost under $10.

The Pakistani guy who was making the burger was well mannered and spoke English very well. I highly recommend this truck.“

“I ordered a cheese steak and it was my first time eating here so I was a little skeptical however I had the cheese steak and it was by far the best!! Gentleman who took my order did not have a good grasp on English, so he didn’t quite understand my request for modifications. But he had the food ready insanely quick (like less than two minutes). And he was patient with my hearing impairment and seemed overall sweet.

“Tried them out today because I saw JL Jupitor review them on youtube! We got the Szechuan beef lunch special, the shrimp with garlic sauce lunch special, and one egg roll. Everything was made fresh and it was soooo good. I LOVED their egg roll especially but forgot to take a picture. We came when they opened at 12pm and they were already busy. They made our order faster than I expected which was great. I also love that they include a soda can with the lunch special. It's a great value for the price!! We will definitely be back to try more off of the menu.“

I tried a variety of stuff from here and each one did not disappoint. If you want a good halal cheesesteak come here. It's always busy and filled with college kids. The staff is also nice!“
