“Great neighborhood bar with lots of after-work regulars. Too bad that drinks aren’t allowed on the porch, like they are at every other bar in town... seems as though there’s a bit of a strain between those who issue the licenses and the owner here, and that’s a shame. What’s good for everyone else should be good for everyone else, one would think! Anyway, good food, hardly ever a cover charge for the live music every weekend, and no trouble here. Great little bar.“

“Fish Fry is fantastic!! I had the panko, baked pot(butter & sc) Cole slaw. Added 3 fantailed shrimp to try. It was so good, w/the panko. Nice & crispy. These are all dipped and cooked to order, not predone. They had other kinds of fish & the other special if the night was lasagna. Seating is small & I seen alot of to go orders flying out the door. We will definitely be going back.“

I just wanted to to walk home with my beer and they decided for me that I can in no way be responsible for myself. I live less than two blocks away. I am my own person that is more than capable of deciding for myself what is and isn't wrong for my community.
