“An exceptional breakfast with attentive, polite service and unbelievably affordable food. Love that there are options to just get one pancake, one slice of French toast, et cetera. Fresh pressed orange juice. Clean and immaculate everywhere you look. Couldn’t ask for a better breakfast spot!“

“I stopped by Dunkin’ and had a great experience! I got a guava refresher (so delicious!) and a 6-pack of super fresh donuts. The service was quick and Tajinder helped me out. She was amazing! I noticed she already knew a few customers’ orders by heart, which was sweet and shows how much she cares. Great service all around!“

The staff was very efficient and apologized for the long wait. They said it was because they were not used to getting an order for three fish sandwiches that were double filet and plain. “Such a cute spot with amazing coffee! I have grabbed to go coffee from here quite a few times and it doesn’t disappoint. Anything from drip to a cappuccino has been amazing. It is a little bit on the pricier side but the tip is included and the staff is always nice (I don’t mind paying extra for quality coffee)!
The space is quite small (2-3 tables) so I would recommend taking to go unless you’re lucky enough to snag a table (it is full particularly in the mornings). I can tell there are dedicated regulars who go here and I can see why!“

“Yet another hidden gem in Philly. I came in for the first time today by chance and immediately felt so so so welcomed into the space. It is much smaller of a space than Madis Coffee Roasters (Twisted Grounds has only a few small tables to sit), but the staff is equally as kind, friendly, talkative, and enjoyable to be around. You can quickly tell that the team here has a great rapport with each other, and it makes the atmosphere comfortable and fun to be in. They have super cute merch and engaging conversations. I'm excited for this to be one of my regular haunts in Philly. The manager runs this place like a well-oiled machine.“

“All around perfect neighborhood coffee bar with a micro shop and personalized vibe. The espresso shot was perfection with more complexity and polish than you sometimes find in smaller shops. Judging by the traffic and the speed of the staff, take-away coffee is the most popular here but there are great nooks to perch in and watch the warm neighborhood come alive in the morning. This joint was cool, they have an upstairs and a little outside deck thing! Coffee was good! Daughter had some croissant thing if I remember correctly and she loved it!! The very nice cashier told us our daughter got big and I clutched my baby like it was the last Renzulli barber pole!!!! Here, it was the sister of a girl that dated my baby nephew Billy!!! I asked her which one of the three highlighted she wanted when I brought her in there yesterday and she said yes please. “Ive been here several times, always amazing quality food! The Ethiopian food is really well spiced and tender meat, lots of vegetarian options too. Smoothies, great coffee, and some simple wraps and sandwiches as well. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Nice to eat in but also casual enough to chill if youre coming by yourself. Huge portions, I usually take leftovers. Super close to Rittenhouse Square!“

A little bit of a walk from the theater but well worth it for a date night out. Careful with the stairs and it’s narrow when walking between tables, but to me this just elevated the coziness of it all. We will definitely come again!“

“I lived in Seattle for almost two decades and will admit to being a bit of a coffee shop snob. The Nook hits so many of my high points. Extremely good locally roasted coffee (in-house!). Amazing baked goods. The cocoa coffee bread must be tried, but leave me a slice! Great staff. If I ever move out of the neighborhood, I'll journey to the Nook for a great cup and bite.“

“Tiny cafe with two very hard working staff. It was a bit of a wait for my coffee and avocado toast but well worth it. The avocado toast was truly beautiful with the caprese garnishes but would have crossed the line into exceptional with some finishing salt. Dining in is limited to a narrow bar and two small outdoor tables but it is a short walk to Rittenhouse square.“

“This is my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! What a way to start off my Birthday! Yes! Today's my Birthday! I only live a few minutes away. I've wanted to come here for a while and today I made it. They did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service is lovely. It's just the vibe that you look for in that cozy neighborhood spot. The price points are just right as well. I'll definitely be making Camellia one of my regular neighborhood go to's.“
