“My first visit at Philadelphia Subs restaurant East N Hampton St in Wilkes Barre. I love how they kept the 80s retro vibe with very little mixture of present times. I tried the Turkey sub, lettuce onions tomatoe , olive oil with vinager. The sub was delicious , fresh and well made. The quality of service from their staff was very pleasant, inviting, friendly, kind and welcoming. They have a variety of subs and sandwhich options. The service was fast upon placing my order. Parking on side of building behind sign. The quality of customer care and service is definitely a five star.“

“Vino’s makes a Reuben that puts all other Reubens to shame. Ever since trying it, all other Reubens fall short. It easily beats out KJ’s Pickle Barrel and Pierce St Deli and even tops another really good local Reuben made by Goldstein’s Deli. Miller’s Bar in Charlottesville, VA has a really good Reuben, supposedly made famous by Dave Matthews, but it still can’t hold a candle to Vino’s.

I’ve tried a lot of their other menu items and have never been disappointed, but I probably won’t get around to trying anything else because of how good their Reuben is.

Vino’s does tend to get really busy and, because of their size and the high demand for their food, they do tend to get backed up, especially during the lunch rush. So, you may need to call several times before you’ll get through, but it’s worth it.“

“If you need a venue to host a bridal shower or whatever the occasion check this place out. I hosted my daughter's Bridal Shower here on October 10, 2022. I walked in and I was amazed at how pretty it was and how Ken had everything arranged so we could decorate!! We had a brunch style menu and the food was excellent!!! Ken, your staff was amazing and did everything they could and more to make my daughter's special day so memorable!! They went above and beyond to see that everything was perfect!!!! They were very friendly and sociable as well!! Everyone had a great time!! I cannot thank you and your staff enough and I will most certainly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to host an event!!!!“

“I usually purchase hoagies several times a month. The preparer is always pleasant and efficient, and genuinely makes you fell welcome. The ingredients are always fresh, and of the highest quality. I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend their products and the staff.

Parking: Parking is streetside, never had difficulty locating a safe place to park.

“The buns must have come right out of the oven when I placed my order for my primo sized American cold cut hoagie with lettuce, tomato,onion, and oil and vinegar. It was made with the bun being very warm and that it ruined the whole taste of my hoagie. It melted the cheese to a soggy texture like when a hoagie sits outside on a hot day. A cold cut doesn't mean warm bun. And I didn't ask for a baked hoagie. I was going to take it back in, but I was so pressed for time. But I just took it apart and ate what I liked or what tasted ok. When I did a review on my Primo app, they asked for the ticket number. I'm going to check my truck it might be in there. I believe it was last Monday evening, 7pm. I am not from the area, but I used to stop at the previous location on Rt 309 a lot it was convenient.“

“My husband ordered through door dash and we picked it up. There were two gentlemen working at the time. I had approached the register, letting them know I was there to pick up an order to which one of the guys walked over and showed me where they placed the pick up orders. He was great! Got home to eat and the sandwiches looked like it came out of a commercial. They were beautifully made. I wish I had gotten the names of the two guys on shift today. They were absolutely amazing.

“The app had an error when processing and charged me for my order but didn’t send a confirmation to me nor a receipt to the store. There’s no customer service number for the app. I showed the store the charge, and explained. And we’re awesome and helped me out.“

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. “I'm new to the area and this is one of the first places I went to get lunch and gotta say from day one the employee's there were nothing but professional and good people...the manager recently had a baby...CONGRATS TO HER & HER FAMILY...I had catering done from there and it was always a hit...never had any issues ordering picking up or getting help..the manager ( and I'm sorry I keep forgetting her name but she remembered mine) she help me & succeeded on making a sandwich for a vegan...SHE ROCKED IT... “As a student at Wilkes (or kings if you so choose), this store is with in a block of campus and works with the student meal plans, which is always nice to run and grab a sandwich before a long lab or a study session that will last into the night, The servers are always more than kind and have never gotten even one thing of my order wrong ever.“

“This subway is the best that I've been too! The younger girl waited on me she has different color hair?! and she was so pleasant and recommended their pretzel stick, I'm glad she did bcuz it was amazing! You can't get good workers like her nowadays, especially being a young teen.

“This Nay Aug Avenue location is now under new management! The attendants are pleasantly attentive and eager to please. Vegans, vegetarians, plant based eaters, take note. They have the veggie patties!!!

“It's a nice lookin place to sit and relax. You get welcomed with a friendly smile, they handle the pressure well. It's very busy on the week days from 12-1. So if you're trying to get a relaxing environment come before or after noon. Weekends are slow and they don't have their soup on the weekends. But the coffee is good. Multiple options to chose from.“
