“I’ve had Papa John’s in the past. I’ve always thought I was good. It had been awhile since I last had it. And by chance, I stopped into this location. No order ahead for pick up, just a whim to order in house and take home. As soon as I walked in, I tall gentleman, making a pizza, greeted me with a smile and genuine kindness. He asked if I had a pick up and I told him I was just going to order and take with me. He finished what he was doing and came over to take my order. He apologized for the delay. I told him it wasn’t necessary, he was working on another customers pizza. As I gave my simple order, he asked me to hold for a monument, he looked at a few things and then said he could save me money and give me MORE pizza for less money. The little laugh was, he asked me how I would feel about more pizza? I laughed and said I would have to question anyone who would turn down more pizza! Haha. Long story short, this young man was phenomenal! I waited my time and turn. When I came in to pick up my order, his genuine demeanor was still shining through. More businesses need a gentleman like this shop has! I was very pleased with the product and pizza. Kudos to them for having a young man who smiles and stays friendly through being as busy as they were!“

“I'd heard about the wings and just had to try them. In my opinion, Buffalo Wings are truly the only thing that is special about food in Pittsburgh. I was not disappointed. They're the best I've had, and they come served in a basket with sauce of the perfect consistency pooled at the bottom. The woman behind the bar somehow takes care of everyone without any help. You could tell that she truly cared about your experience.“

“That New Wing Spot is a local restaurant that makes many flavors of wings as well as fish, fries, and daily specials such as BBQ. An employee kindly served me and spent time freshly making my wings and fries. He gave me a permanent marker to autograph a nice wall mural. Some counter seats were available, but I instead took my foods home. By then, the wings and fries got slightly soggy, but they tasted delicious. I liked the amount of garlic parmesan on those wings and the seasoning on the fries.“

“The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

I've ordered hundreds of antipasto salads from this place in the past 12 years.I've noticed that the containers half full and then when I ask for things to be added to it like banana peppers or something else , it's just it never makes it through , I get the salad , it doesn't have the thing. My most recent thing is that I've been also ordering this stuff.Shells with meatballs for I don't know 10 years also and the past times 2 times of order, they've refused to put meatballs in the order of stuff, shells that has always come with meatballs.It's never been an upcharge, always come with some meatballs.I know, because I've been eating it for years and years. They Literally wanted $16 tonight.For an order of french fries in a two liter and then told me I had to spend another five dollars to get it delivered I mean it's not enough to bend you over 47 dollars for a two liter and seven dollars for french fries plus a delivery fee for f****** french fries..... My Suggestion is to make your food.The value of what you charge for it, like if you're going to charge $17 for stuff, shells like put some d*** meatballs in there.Put some protein source in there.Like.What are you thinking?I don't even understand that anyways, it's been fun.Enjoy the review“
