“Not my best visit here, the waitress was completely disinterested in my dining experience, long gaps between check-ins, never brought me napkins for my crab and speaking of my crab, it was missing a claw, I guess someone in the kitchen needed a snack.“

When our food came out, everything was so fresh, hot and delicious!!! We had no wait time to be seated. The wait for our food after ordering was minimal. I wish we had come here sooner. “We had an evening out At The Table and did the tasting menu. It didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, my favorite was the scallop course. The only negative was a table of 6 near us who kept complaining. They arrived at the same time as us and also had the tasting menu. Our young daughter was more mature than this group of 60+yr olds. When the lamb entree came out they were convinced it wasn't lamb. It was lamb, and it was excellent. The whole idea of the tasting menu is to relax, take your time and have good conversations, entree at about 90mins and done in 2 hours. The waiter and chef were apologetic when they didn't need to be. I feel bad for them and wanted to post a review. Highly recommend the restaurant, awesome for a date night.“

“I have been coming to PJW’s in Malvern essentially since it opened, often with long breaks in between visits when I am out of town. But no matter when I roll in, I am remembered and greeted warmly and enthusiastically by everyone on staff there, a-la Norm from “Cheers”! Often flying solo, I mostly sit at the bar, where the fantastic staff takes care of me with phenomenal warmth and humor each and every time. Rachel is the hardest working person whom I have ever beheld in any industry, multitasking flawlessly without ever breaking her smile and composure! Julianna, one of my favorite people encountered anywhere, personifies fun and friendliness, and I once witnessed her handle two separate wedding parties who rolled in without reservations stampede into the bar and all try to order. Served with aplomb; it was remarkable. Alyssa makes college football Saturdays wonderful for alums of far flung schools, and Emma and Shay keep great conversation flowing with the libations. The menu has reduced in size since the days of Covid, but what remains is delicious and dependable. If you are a salmon fan, you are going to love it here, and if you are an aficionado of smash burgers, get your snaps in! Good stuff! Management is great; they care about the patrons and also about the staff. Everyone seems happy and enthused at all times, day or night, and that makes for a special, relaxing, welcoming environment, for a ball game, a burger, or some booze. Great job, all of you!“

The space was perfect, everyone raved about the food and cake (some people said it was the best cake they’ve ever had!), The servers were awesome, they made sure everyone had what they needed and did a great job keeping things organized and clean throughout! “Went early before 6 pm and one special was already sold out. Two of us ordered fried shrimp and the other person ordered chicken croquet. Meals were quite tasty and the chicken croquet was large and full of chicken. Definitely worth going to for dinner as well as breakfast. Server was also friendly.“

I ordered the Bab’s fries and they were fire.🔥 The gentleman running the register tonight was so sweet, kind, and attentive — just an all-around great person. “We attended a rehearsal dinner last week at the Fox Barn and had an amazing time. The private room was beautiful, great ambience and lovely atmosphere. The food was good but it was the service that truly made the experience memorable. Our bartender Shannon, couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was super friendly, charismatic and her attentiveness was remarkable! From remembering what we had to drink, to bringing us refills without us having to ask, to going above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and content. Numerous guests acknowledged how great Shannon's service was. Great venue! Great food! Outstanding service! We definitely recommend The Fox Barn, especially if you're looking for a venue or to host a party!“

“First Watch is one of our go-to places for breakfast. The food is usually five star. I had the traditional breakfast eggs scrambled, bacon, potatoes, and toast. The eggs were a bit tasteless it seemed because they used little or no salt. The potatos were salted and tasted fine. The bread was also a little bland since I ordered it without the usual heaps of butter. I'm a tea drinker and the selection is variable. This time there was enough non-earl grey and herbal tea to have two full cups of English breakfast. The tea situation is always dicey, often only decaf black and herbal with one Earl Grey. It would also be great if they ditched the stevia for either one or both of the chemical sweeteners, yellow or pink would do.

It's still a good breakfast place, just could be better with a little more salt and better sweetener options.“

“Really great food! Took a minute to be waited on but that's a small thing and worth it for what was to come. Appetizers were delicious, and really nice portions. It was hard to eat the entrees after gorging on those. There was some kind of street fair going on right outside and it was still not really loud in the restaurant. Will definitely be back.“
