“Saw a bunch of posts in the take out and dining group about Hills To Sea in Ephrata so we gave it a try! My husband got a caterpillar roll (eel, avocado, and cucumber) and a noodle dish (can't remember the name). Unfortunately i have yet to find a place that has gluten free eel sauce so I got the salmon crazy roll (minus crispy onions) and the Singapore noodles. Everything was fresh and delicious!! We will definitely be back, especially for those noodles.”

Will definitely go back. Glad we found a new stop to go to on our way home from Phillyor to Philly. They have different items on the Menu and a Dessert Menu with many options to choose from. Environment was a little too dark for my liking, including the bathroom, but you get used to it after being there a little bit. it's just weird coming in from a bright outside, to a dim Diner. Restroom and Restaurant very clean. Waitress gave us a little wooden tic tac toe game for my Nephew and I to play as we waited for our food. Really enjoyed our late brunch.
