Atmosphere is Subway and chosen by the corporation. Met the owners many times and enjoyed chatting with them as they are always urging me to try different items. Great place.“

“The drive is 45 minutes away from me, but I had been wanting to try Dave's Hot Chicken for a while now. Needless to say, this establishment surpassed my expectations as a fast-casual restaurant.

The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, & welcoming immediately upon entry. The food was absolutely delicious & the wait for our order was reasonably at around 10-15 minutes during a peak hour of dining.

Whoever the owner & manager are of this Dave's Hot Chicken are doing a great job at running this place like a well-oiled machine. I will be recommending this restaurant to family & friends! Thanks for the great experience!“

“Everyone is always so friendly. The restaurant can be on the messy side during busy lunch and dinner times. Trash overflowing, trash and food on floors, tables not cleaned off. The Trexlertown location could use more front of house staff. Food is always pretty good, but we often have errors/missing items, especially when we eat in and they bring us the food. The food prep prople need to double check the order before bringing it out to the table.“

“They won the dinner choice tonight the competitor across the street dining room is always filthy. When we came in and employee was out wiping tables down floors clean trash is empty. This shows me that the employees care and the quality of food speaks for itself in the pictures Yummy.“

“I don’t usually write reviews for franchises—it’s just not my thing. I go out of my way to support locally owned and operated businesses. But everything I typically dislike about franchises is the opposite here. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and the orders are always correct. I’m not sure if that’s standard for Jersey Mike’s, but the Trexlertown location is top-notch.“

“I went to the drive thru and had ordered a large fry, after receiving my order I proceeded to the parking lot to grab a few and quick eat. Well my fries 🍟 were hard and they were not edible, I took them back in and proceeded to let them know the reason for the return and I did get a fresh order of fries, but it was the questions after they checked the order themselves and knew that they were hard...“

“This is my home McDonald's! The food is pretty much like every McDonald's I've visited. The staff is kind and friendly. They occasionally get something wrong, but they are super quick to remedy any errors and offer an apology.

“Need to hire employees with an IQ higher than a sack of hammers. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong. Brand new store...same employees that either don't pay attention or don't care. You'll wait 20 minutes for your food and be handed someone else's order.“

“Quarter pounders raw inside, as in blood saturating the roll. Inedible. My husband had no dinner and he was the one who went for the food. My fish sandwich looked like it was assembled by my two year old niece. But at least it wasn’t raw.“

“Sarah was fast, efficient and very respectful. There were 2 people behind me in line and she and her co-worker did a great job at expediting the customers. I drove to this location because they accept Subway coupons and the one closer to my house does not. Thank you and I will be back!“

“I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.“

“I picked up a catering order today - hoagie tray, cookie tray, drinks, chips. I called ahead to let the staff know I’d be a little early and see if they could have my order ready early. The staff member was polite on the phone and my order was in fact ready when I arrived. The staff was polite inside. My order was correct and everything was delicious and lived up to the typical Primos quality. A 10/10 experience. What more could you ask for?“

“Honestly, this place should have higher reviews but since people just want to complain these days, I will share my positive feedback. I visit here quite often and have nothing BUT POSITIVE FEEDBACK. To see some of these reviews, they just can't be true, I have literally ➡️NEVER had a bad experience⬅️.The staff are very hard working young women (occasionally a young man but typically its all women here) these ladies work so hard, I never wait long, my order is always correct, my food is always great and they are always friendly and polite. I've never received sloppy unappetizing food, it's always neatly made, hot and fresh. The restaurant is kept very clean, these ladies are very organized and even on the very rare occasion there is an error, they quickly correct it, never sacrificing quality for time. The food here far exceeds any other fast food restaurant and that's why if I have a choice I go here. These young people work incredibly hard to provide a great experience which they succeed at. I do hope more of you will do your part to lift up our young people as this job is a stepping stone for success in the future.“

“I stopped at this McDonald’s with a tour bus full of people. They were so accommodating! Someone held the door, others delivered orders and every single employee was so friendly! I highly recommend you stop at this McDonald’s if you are in the area!“
