“We got married at Ballroom at the Ben this past February, and it was truly the best day of our lives! From the moment we first walked in, we fell in love with the stunning venue and the incredible staff.
We had the pleasure of working with Daria, who was absolutely amazing — so kind, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. She made the entire planning process feel effortless, and even without a wedding planner, I felt completely organized and at ease thanks to her guidance.
On the day of, everything exceeded our expectations. Ott, the maître d’, was phenomenal — he orchestrated the entire evening flawlessly, and not a single detail was overlooked. To this day, our guests still tell us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. They said the venue was beautiful, the food was out of this world and the way the wedding flowed was amazing.
I toured all the Finley and Cescaphe venues before making a decision, and I would choose Ballroom at the Ben a hundred times over. The team is simply the best — so professional, talented, and passionate about what they do. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! I seriously hope to go back one day as a wedding guest to relive it all over again!!!“

“For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!“

“Awesome cheesesteak!! Huge portion, loaded with onions. I tried the Black Pepper Cooper, not a huge fan. But that’s just a personal preference. Other then that, it was delicious. Highly recommend. Give them a try. Owner was very friendly also.“

“This place made me want to move closer. Fantastic sandwiches-Prime Rib is excellent, Reuben was spot on. Very cold drafts, and well maintained system. Some of the reviews surprised me. A couple where everything was great, but two stars? And the one star based on race? Well the half dozen people of color (50%) in there were enjoying themselves. Maybe it's just you....“

They had accommodated my catering order on such short notice, just two days before my event. The food was fresh, hot, flavorful, tasted amazing and the presentation was top tier. We ordered Fried fish, cheeseburger sliders, Mac and tuna salad, buffalo and habanero wings and Rasta pasta. My guests were pleased and satisfied. Our coordinator Calli did an outstanding job with making sure everything ran smoothly for our special day. The food, service, and amenities were all top notch. Over a year later, our friends and relatives still talk about the fantastic cuisine, the beautiful Skylight Ballroom, and all the fun. We had the perfect wedding reception thanks to The Merion and their amazing staff.“
“I can‘t reccommend Joshua’s Catering enough!! Kate Winters and the entire staff there are professional, helpful, and reliable. They go above and beyond to make sure any event you have catered by them is a wonderful affair. We had my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah with them on 10/27/18 at Alvethorpe Manor/Abington Art Center and they made it amazing! They work with you to ensure that your event is what you envision it to be. Kate Winters in particular worked tirelessly to help us from the first meeting to the actual event. She was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot. I mean always. The woman does not sleep! Everyone raved about the food and the ambiance, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the servers. Their motto should be “don‘t worry about your event, we will take care of all of it!” They truly take care of everything. I highly reccommend them for anyone planing an important event! “We used Carolyn's Kitchen for our baby shower last weekend and the food was very tasty. Carolyn had good communication leading up to the event and worked with us to make a custom menu. On the day of the event she arrived a little late for set up, but the guests didn't notice. Her and her son were kind and served our guests buffet style. We would definitely use her catering services again. We ordered rasta pasta, wings (jerk and lemon pepper), Mac and cheese egg rolls, plantain cups (vegan), and garden salad. Carolyn and her son packed up the food and then laid out the dessert cups: peach cobbler and banana pudding. My husband is still talking about the peach cobbler. Everything was delicious!“

“I use root to fruit almost weekly for our family of 3. My husband and toddler love the meals, they are healthy, many ingredients locally grown, and delicious. We compared our weekly grocery bill to our weekly root to fruit order, and we are 100% saving money but also somehow eating healthier and conveniently. It’s a no brainer!“
“I used Eatible Delights for catering for a small corporate lunch. Everyone truly loved the food and made sure to let me know how much they enjoyed it. The delivery and set up was on time, and the delivery person was very courteous and helpful. And while the lunch was meant to be simple, I appreciate the extra touch with the bouquet of flowers and the attention to detail when setting up. It let me know I can trust them for our much larger gatherings for the future.
There were small nuances that I didn't really like. I asked specifically for no bottled waters. We are a clean drinking water company, using our own water filter technology and don't ascribe to the whole bottled water culture. I also asked specifically for a majority of diet coke to swap out for the bottled waters. We didn't get those and we were still given bottled waters. While it may seem small to others, it is a thing for the people in this particular office. Aside from that, everything was very lovely. Thank you“

“Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

“This might sound crazy but Performance Meal Prep genuinely changed my life. The food is delicious (so I actually enjoy it, unlike meals from well-known competitors), it's healthier and cheaper than all the takeout I used to live on, and it saves me tons of time I would spend thinking about, shopping for, and cooking food. I usually get items by the pound but the pre-made meals are solid too. Can't recommend them enough, honestly.“
