“Hi everyone! I’m the manager of this location and have had some reviews under our location that have to do with the summerdale plaza location. I’ve tried to comment but couldn’t figure it out. Please make sure before you are writing a review you have the correct location. We are the subway beside the planet fitness. And to anyone who has had any issues with any of my employees I do apologize and we do not condone this. “Shane was beyond gracious to assist me. I walked in thinking my card would cover my purchase and it didn't. I've been loving in my car since August 1st and considering my card should cover cold purchases it kept declining but Shane was beyond kind to say you'll be eating tonight even if in your car.!!!!My situation is temporary but very real at the moment and I want to praise ? ? ? “Just had 38 McAlisters sandwich boxes delivered to our family reunion. They arrived on time, fresh, order filled perfectly. Everyone loved the ham or the garden Turkey sandwiches. Fruit cups and cookies were a special hit with the kids and every pickle was eaten! I highly recommend McAllisters!“

“First time visiting. It is an old school sandwich shop. I appreciate that,.food was fresh and from what I could tell, everything is made in house. Had a 8in, turkey and provolone. Food was fresh, best provolone I've had at any sandwich shop. The staff was steadily working, However, The employee at the counter was more concerned with watching football than taking orders, but he eventually got around to helping customers. Food is reasonably priced especially compared to the chain shops. I would definitely recommend this place. But get extra meat, my sandwich was a little light, but overall really delicious.“

“The subs here are always perfect. Today I had a coworker pick up a tuna sub for me and it was the absolute best tuns sub i have ever had in my 39 years. To the person that made the mini tuna sub on 11/5/2025 at around 2pm, May you find a bunch of money on the ground, may your pillow stay cool and fluffy and your coffee or tea be sprinkled with magic!“

“Had a great experience at this store! We needed a to go order for the whole CV ice hockey team 20hungry teenage boys plus coaches for a bus trip. The amazing staff worked with us for an easy solution to let all the boys order and pay for their own subs online and I picked them up to deliver to the bus. The process was smooth and quick. When I went to pick them up they had them all sorted and individually labeled with names and put in a box for easy transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and they even carried the box to my car for me! If you ever need to order for a group or sports team I highly recommend using this store! Oh and the subs received rave reviews from the boys! So they tasted great too! Thank you for great customer service and we will definitely order from your store the next time we need to feed the team!“

“We ordered the hot turkey meal and hot turkey sandwich last month, and both were exceptional! The food delivery was on time, and the food was still hot! Can't wait to place our food delivery order again soon.“

“Simply Turkey is phenomenal in every way possible. Not only is their food phenomenal, but so is the staff. Recently I had their baked potato soup and it was AMAZING. I had been watching the soup specials for it again for two weeks when I decided to send an email to the Ft St location. TWO days later, I got an email AND phone call to let me know they had made the soup. That kind of customer service is unbelievably hard to find these days and I was floored that they would even consider making it, let alone that they actually did. I am just baffled and absolutely thrilled that they would listen and take action like that. Service this good is rare and when coupled with delicious food, it deserves to be recognized.“

Also they don't cook cheese steak hot and fresh. They rewarm the meat and melt your cheese.Now that the mom and pop shops are gone they've raised there prices with the same inferior sups .What can we do to get a good local sup shop?“

“Wow. I didn't think I'd ever be writing a review for Jimmy John's of all places, but I received some of the best customer service by a nice teen named Max. I wasn't sure what to order, and Max recommended me the #9 (delicious btw) and was super friendly during my whole experience. We had a nice chat and he truly just seems like a genuine guy who loves his job. Don't know how much they make but he definitely needs a raise. Will be back just to see Max again.“
