“Hi everyone! I’m the manager of this location and have had some reviews under our location that have to do with the summerdale plaza location. I’ve tried to comment but couldn’t figure it out. Please make sure before you are writing a review you have the correct location. We are the subway beside the planet fitness. And to anyone who has had any issues with any of my employees I do apologize and we do not condone this. Our goal is to provide great quality food and amazing customer service with a friendly atmosphere. I will continue to work with my team and I encourage you all to come out and give us a shot! “Shane was beyond gracious to assist me. I walked in thinking my card would cover my purchase and it didn't. I've been loving in my car since August 1st and considering my card should cover cold purchases it kept declining but Shane was beyond kind to say you'll be eating tonight even if in your car.!!!!My situation is temporary but very real at the moment and I want to praise ? ? ? Shane for going above and beyond. Ty....I may go to bed in my car tonight with many worries but being hungry won't be one!!!! Ty you Shane from the bottom of my heart...“

“Food hasn't really changed here for as long as I can remember. Probably some of the best subs and sandwiches you can find. They don't offer any hot subs, the closest you can get would be a toasted sub, but if you're looking for a cheese steak or something along those lines, you won't find it here. Still worth stopping in for a bite though“

“Full disclosure here folks. Stopped in with the wife and kids and possibly got the best service from a restaurant in my entire life. The managers name was like Dwayne, it bothers me I can't remember except I know it started with a D. Either way this man was on it. The customer service alone is why I would stop back. The only reason it got a 4 on the food is because we have a different opinion on how much mayo should go on there. My guy loaded it up big-time. Other than that there's nothing I would change. I will stop back, I will get alot less mayonnaise, and I think I will be bumping the food to a 5. But as for Dwayne whatever you're paying him now double it.“

“I ate from the Rapid Sandwiches and more food truck. It was delicious, crispy and well seasoned fried whiting. It wasn't salty which I greatly appreciated. The fries were seasoned and tasty as well. I look forward to visiting the restaurant.“

“Had a great experience at this store! We needed a to go order for the whole CV ice hockey team 20hungry teenage boys plus coaches for a bus trip. The amazing staff worked with us for an easy solution to let all the boys order and pay for their own subs online and I picked them up to deliver to the bus. The process was smooth and quick. When I went to pick them up they had them all sorted and individually labeled with names and put in a box for easy transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and they even carried the box to my car for me! If you ever need to order for a group or sports team I highly recommend using this store! Oh and the subs received rave reviews from the boys! So they tasted great too! Thank you for great customer service and we will definitely order from your store the next time we need to feed the team!“

“Simply Turkey is phenomenal in every way possible. Not only is their food phenomenal, but so is the staff. Recently I had their baked potato soup and it was AMAZING. I had been watching the soup specials for it again for two weeks when I decided to send an email to the Ft St location. TWO days later, I got an email AND phone call to let me know they had made the soup. That kind of customer service is unbelievably hard to find these days and I was floored that they would even consider making it, let alone that they actually did. I am just baffled and absolutely thrilled that they would listen and take action like that. Service this good is rare and when coupled with delicious food, it deserves to be recognized.“

“Everything is so good. Every time I walk in there, they are always ready to greet me with a smile on their face and a joke lol. I always get to go food but, I can’t wait to sit down and eat in. I never tried their Mexican side. That’s next on my list, but the Stromboli, cheese steaks, wings, pizza is delicious.“

“The staff that were working when I stopped in were so incredibly kind and courteous. I wish I'd gotten their names to give them the credit they deserve. I tried to find a survey or something through the official subway website to make sure their hard work was noted because Google reviews never feel like enough.“

“I came to this location twice in a week. Ordered a tuna melt with lettuce, extra red onions,jalapeño peppers, a few tomatoes and green peppers. Adam and Maria greeted me with warm smiles as I walked in. I described to Adam I wanted a tuna sandwich with a twist and explained how I wanted him to melt the tuna and cheese before adding the other garnishes and fixings. Sandwich came out amazing!!!! So good that I went back the very next day and ordered it again! Thanks Adam and Maria for your patience and also for the great customer service“

“I always feel like it's the same staff when I come here. I only popped into this location a number on one hand within the last 6 months. It's always been the same employees which makes it a great spot for consistency. I ordered on the app for pickup. My food order was ready at the time they specified. They kept it behind the counter so it was safe. A nice little location tucked into the corner of the shopping plaza. I enjoyed my visit here and the food was great.“

“Was at the hospital ER for a family member, none of the machines were working, their cafe was closed so I door-dashed for pickup at Subway. Food was good, cucumbers seemed frozen but not a big deal! It was the end of the night and we just wanted two hoagies. Subway hit the spot! The lovely gal who made our hoagies was super sweet and our order was ready when we walked in.“

“Wow. I didn't think I'd ever be writing a review for Jimmy John's of all places, but I received some of the best customer service by a nice teen named Max. I wasn't sure what to order, and Max recommended me the #9 (delicious btw) and was super friendly during my whole experience. We had a nice chat and he truly just seems like a genuine guy who loves his job. Don't know how much they make but he definitely needs a raise. Will be back just to see Max again.“
