We had the pleasure of working with Daria, who was absolutely amazing — so kind, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. She made the entire planning process feel effortless, and even without a wedding planner, I felt completely organized and at ease thanks to her guidance.

On the day of, everything exceeded our expectations. Ott, the maître d’, was phenomenal — he orchestrated the entire evening flawlessly, and not a single detail was overlooked. To this day, our guests still tell us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. They said the venue was beautiful, the food was out of this world and the way the wedding flowed was amazing.

I toured all the Finley and Cescaphe venues before making a decision, and I would choose Ballroom at the Ben a hundred times over. The team is simply the best — so professional, talented, and passionate about what they do. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! I seriously hope to go back one day as a wedding guest to relive it all over again!!!“

“I am a little sad that I had not dined here before. I've known about Blackfish since its opening and only upon hearing about their closing did I actually go. The food was outstanding- the plating and presentation was excellent, the food was delicious, portions were great (we ordered the 5 course tasting menu). “For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!“

“I laugh people complaining about the smoking, go some where else it’s very simple or sit in non smoking and don’t complain about the smoke. Dont expect a small business to have ventilation like a casino y’all that’s ridiculous. There’s very few places left that still offer a smoking section. God forbid a handful still offer it. Get off your high horse as the country has officially catered to nonsmokers in 2025. If this review triggers you, grow up. The moment we toured we knew it was the place for us - stunning, beautiful natural scenery and a gorgeous ballroom/reception space. We had our heart set on an outdoor ceremony but knew that even if we were have to resort to an inside ceremony due to weather, we would be happy. Grace was the primary person who helped us organize everything and she was absolutely amazing. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was super responsive to all correspondences. We have a lot of family members with celiac disease so she made sure that almost the entirety of our wedding was gluten free (there was a surprising up-charge for these items which we were not prepared for but it ended up being worth it). She arranged for a private tasting so we could have a personalized food menu. The day of our wedding was a literal dream, could not have been more perfect. They have catered my daughter’s bridal shower, her post-wedding brunch, shiva, and today was my son’s post-wedding brunch for 70 people. Communication with Kevin is easy and efficient. The food is always delicious. The amount of food is generous and most importantly, the staff is outstanding! I could not recommend The Hart of Catering more. They are a 5-star organization.“

Kate Winters in particular worked tirelessly to help us from the first meeting to the actual event. She was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot. I mean always. The woman does not sleep! Everyone raved about the food and the ambiance, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the servers. We chose a vegan , Israeli style dinner, as many guests were vegan or vegetarian, plus it was June, and very hot outside. What a fabulous, tasty, fresh, and colorful meal. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, and always communicated immediately to all of our million requests. His staff were professional, timely, and all smiles. The set up was tasteful with flowers, some greenery, and no fuss details. I cannot recommend Daniel more highly; he made our simcha complete and worry free. We also had a lot of left-overs, which we divided between our children, and ate heartily for a week!!
