“We have been going to Nostrovia since they opened, and we make it a point to go at least 2-3 times a month. The beer list is changing out frequently and always has an option for everybody. Not a beer drinker, no worries because there are options for the non-beer drinkers as well. They always have a cider on tap, frozen drinks in the summer, a mule (compliments of luminary) and sometimes a seltzer is available too. The food is simple, but the taste is incredible! We have never been disappointed here. Not to mention the staff have always been extremely kind and gracious to their guests. Thank you to catering to those of us who come with kiddos with the “busy bee” kits and hot dog meals!! This is beyond appreciated from 2 parents who still want to come and enjoy the place with our 2 year old! Cannot recommend this quaint little brewery enough!”

We had some of the craft sodas which were good, and for food we had the fried pierogis, The Pittsburger and The Train Wreck. The pierogis were good, the burger was really good, but the Train Wreck was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’d drive 500 miles to eat this sandwich again. The fries were really good and all off us were stuffed. If I ever come through Erie again this is the first place I’m stopping.”

“We as a group of 11 came in over about a half hour waiting for the my daughter that ran the marathon. The gal serving us was sweet, she handled 6 different checks with one holding the wings for all. She had the cutest smile. It’s nice to see a person having fun while they do their job. Towards the end of our long stay I told her she did a great job and thanked her. I asked her name and she said Lexi. I felt like I met a friend as she smiled a huge smile so I threw her a kiss, she threw one back. Then she said thank you so much as she was scared as her first huge table. Boss man, hear me. Lexi is a charm. You treat her good and I’m sure she’ll have people coming back to get her smile and great service. When I come from Jamestown way for doctors visit, we will ge back. “Excellent cookies and service at this location. It’s super busy in the parking lot with many patrons throwing on their 4ways and stopping outside of the storefront. Can be congested outside.
The cookies are warm so if that is your thing that is great! Get yourself some milk and enjoy right away. I personally love them when they cool down so leaving them in the fridge and using the cookie cutter makes them last and helps with portion control since they are incredibly delicious!”

“On New Year’s Eve, my son’s birthday, he wanted chocolate cake with chocolate frosting from Art’s, a case regular. We walked in, it was pretty busy, and unfortunately they didn’t have any left. The kind young lady behind the counter offered to scrape a chocolate with white frosting one and refrost it with chocolate for him. Very sweet. Then TODAY exactly one month later, I had a craving for their cannoli’s, the best in town in my opinion. We get there and there is one small one left in the case. Upon seeing my disappointment another young woman asked me how many I wanted and offered to make some large ones fresh for me on the spot. This place not only has the best baked goods, but stellar customer service! I will forever be loyal to Art’s! This all happened at the West Erie location and I am super impressed with their consistent service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Stopped in today after realizing this is a brand-new location (just opened last Friday!). The staff were super friendly, the place was very clean, and my food was made quickly and tasted great. They didn’t have plant-based protein, but they added extra veggies and ingredients to my wrap without me even having to ask, which I really appreciated. “Hannah, I enjoyed watching you craft my subs. I was able to pick up on a few things by watching you, as a previous GM/ RGM of a few establishments. First of all you ARE management. I knew before I asked you. The young man you were working with, (11/3 around 11am)although his shirt matched yours, he was unremarkable. He seemed to struggle with being motivated. He allowed food to cook on the grill and then went to the restroom. I hope he was okay. I know it can be difficult to work when one isn’t okay.
You, made many orders, simultaneously. You moved efficiently and with precision. I can tell you were waiting for the proper time to offer coaching, as You remained focused on the customer. You disengaged with the lackadaisical worker as silence is deadly. I have been in your position. Honestly, I wanted to go back, wash up, and clock in to help you, as I was watching the situation unfold! You were killing it all by yourself!
If I could offer feedback…. Smile and welcome each customer as they arrive, even if you are busy. Let the customer know you’re finishing up with another order. I knew what was going on by the “slip” laying on the counter what you were doing. I was not offended. Another customer, on the other hand, may feel ignored. Other than that, the restaurant was clean, the music was perfect, and I was so thankful for the Celsius!!!”
