“The interior is relatively new and very clean The early morning staff was pleasant and friendly. There was a bit of a delay for my customer's order, but their drive thru was very busy, and there were quite a few mobile orders as well
I don't believe I've ever had Dunkin Donuts, but I may have to try their breakfast! I'm always looking for good coffee so I think I will try some next time I visit.“
“A great crew!! Robert greeted me promptly. I ordered for a construction crew, so it was a large order. I’m from out of town so I didn’t think to call ahead, but they took care of me quickly without any issue. Coffee was hot. Donuts were fresh. A the condiments for the 2 boxes of Joe were plentiful. Quality service a they care about the efficiency of their operation.“
“Ordered in the APP for pickup , large iced pumpkin latte and a pumpkin donut , it was clean sanitary ,no Wi-Fi detected in mall .it is wheelchair Accesible with accesible parking , has high chairs for the little ones and the entire food court to select a seat to eat and people watch ( admit it we all do it ) . I opted for Dunkin because Pampered palate didn’t have Crème brûlée coffee today .
Parking: If you got out the disabled access doors ,your in the parking lot , front is turn cut and the entire front row off to the right is wheelchair accessible .
Wheelchair accessibility: Farthest left doors of food court entrance have push button door openers for disabled access .“
“We stop here each time we head into Erie. This time was different. The person taking orders at drive-thru was absolutely so rude. Because we didn't know a certain drink was a signature drink, and he literally was angry we didn't know. Pulled up to the window, and it was another man taking payment and handing us our drinks. He was very pleasant and smiling. BOOM, our order was wrong. They did fix it, and it was actually one of the best coffees I've had from there. I know yall have some rough days, but try and keep the peace and I'll try and learn your menu better. 👌“
“Nice place. I was staying at a nearby hotel and visited after the diving room closed. I had to walk up the drive-thru. Thankfully I'm not heavy enough to trigger the sensor so I needed to walk up to the window. Sorry, I scared the girl working. Would like to see a bell or something at the intercom for this situation. Happens to me allot in different locations.“
