“This is a great coffee shop in many ways! The owner is very nice, as are the staff. My wife and I love going there to relax while having our coffee. They have interesting art work and events from time to time as well. When it comes to the coffee, I typically get a hot coffee with vanilla flavor and add my own cream, but I've also had their lattes, and they are the ONLY coffee I have ever enjoyed just black. I believe the regular blend is what I had and it is light and smooth (in my opinion). I highly recommend them!“

“This is one of our favorite chain restaurants. We have eaten here many, many times over the years. We have NEVER had a problem with food or service (or at least one that ruined our dining experience).
Today, our server, Corey was absolutely an on-point server!!! He was attentive to our needs without being stalkerish. We had an appetizer of chicken wraps. I had the Lemon Chicken and my hubby had a ribeye. I will only have a salmon dinner at Longhorn, but I just had salmon at home. The Lemon Chicken was sooo delicious. So much flavor, juicy, and tender. Also, you have to try the Brussel sprouts. They’re addicting. Always enjoy this affordable chain restaurant.“

“I love ippa pizza their pizza and calzones are awesome. The only issue I have is on a weekday when I go to order And door dash says they are closed. I don't know if it is a staffing issue and they can't keep up or can't open at all. I like their food when I can get it.“

“Went there for the first time this evening on a date. We each ordered different specials and both were absolutely phenomenal! I had the tilapia with pineapple salsa(also came with a baked potato, broccoli, a bread stick, and another dipping sauce). He had the Cajun walleye bites and hushpuppies. We were both pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is good, but the food is amazing. I'd give that tilapia dish 10 stars if I could!

The sandwich was ham & turkey on toasted sourdough with Monterey Jack cheese . I will be eating here again . No WiFi detected , restrooms , high chairs .the Moscow mule was blueberry lemon . I can not remember the name of my drink , it was some form of a Mojito with tequila and muddled mint . Drinks are on point as is the food . The appetizer was spinach artichoke dip with toasted Pita points .“

“We had an Event in the Ballroom on Friday. Julio could not have been more helpful, very easy to work with. He had wonderful suggestions, too. The atmosphere was fabulous, we hired Ed Koscelek for uplights to create an even more beautiful ambience for our 200 attendees. The food was delicious and the service excellent! “First off this place is neat. Being run inside an old train station is just something you don’t see and makes it so much “warmer” inside. We had some of the craft sodas which were good, and for food we had the fried pierogis, The Pittsburger and The Train Wreck. The pierogis were good, the burger was really good, but the Train Wreck was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’d drive 500 miles to eat this sandwich again. The fries were really good and all off us were stuffed. If I ever come through Erie again this is the first place I’m stopping.“

“unfortunately, Sara's keeps on disappointing me. I loved this place. the oversimplified menu and change in ingredients leaves little to be desired. my visit today left me with an incorrect order. and even though it was their mistake, I had to go back to the register outside to reorder and pay again. all while holding my other order and 2 little kids. after I told the worker that this was a horrible way to treat a customer, she smirked and told me very sarcastically to have a good day. my gift card couldn't be honored because they don't have the scanners anymore, and my food had everything that I didnt want on it. do better.“

“Hannah, I enjoyed watching you craft my subs. I was able to pick up on a few things by watching you, as a previous GM/ RGM of a few establishments. First of all you ARE management. I knew before I asked you. The young man you were working with, (11/3 around 11am)although his shirt matched yours, he was unremarkable. He seemed to struggle with being motivated. He allowed food to cook on the grill and then went to the restroom. I hope he was okay. I know it can be difficult to work when one isn’t okay.
You, made many orders, simultaneously. You moved efficiently and with precision. I can tell you were waiting for the proper time to offer coaching, as You remained focused on the customer. You disengaged with the lackadaisical worker as silence is deadly. I have been in your position. Honestly, I wanted to go back, wash up, and clock in to help you, as I was watching the situation unfold! You were killing it all by yourself!
If I could offer feedback…. Smile and welcome each customer as they arrive, even if you are busy. Let the customer know you’re finishing up with another order. I knew what was going on by the “slip” laying on the counter what you were doing. I was not offended. Another customer, on the other hand, may feel ignored. Other than that, the restaurant was clean, the music was perfect, and I was so thankful for the Celsius!!!“

“Was passing thru town someone at gas station recommend Amigos or El Canelo stopped at canelos to try it T Bone steak was good just salty for my taste still okay it comes with rice and beans no lettuce tomato avocado very simple plate most other places that I have been before got me use to all of this on my plate but I totally forgot when I asked for there hot sauce of the house and tasted it. It was so good and spicy it helped will stop by again if I ever pass thru beer was nice and cold“

“After reading some of the reviews my husband and I were kind of reluctant to go there for dinner but we had 2 hungry little ones with us so we figured we would try it out. From the minute we walked and told us in to the minute we left, everything was amazing! Our server greeted us instantly and told us to sit wherever we wanted. We gave her our order, which was a lot, and she didn't even write it down and got everything right.. The food was so good, everything was cooked perfectly.. It looked like the server was the only person working but she was still very attentive to not only my family, also the other custIomers and families. I believe her name was Charise. That's what it said on our bill. Regardless, that woman deserves recognition for all the hard work I witnessed her doing.“
