“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock. Tex Mex Burger 5.5 Hand cut fries 6.1 House Made Ranch 8.2 Chocolate Chip Cookie 2.0“

“Delicious!!! I was supposed to bring this Sicilian pizza and Italian home to share, my wife is lucky this much of it made it. I know it's a franchise but it's EXACTLY how I remember Pizza Roma cranberry tasting and feeling. I have to rate 'atmosphere' but it's take out only so Pizza Roma gets 5 stars because I don't have to interact with anyone except the staff.
I spent an exhorbitant amount on my pizza for lots of toppings but everything seemed reasonably priced otherwise.
I wish there was some kind of bathroom!!! Really had to go“

“Classic sub shop. Bread baked in house and is some of the best you’ll have …….. especially in a chain restaurant. Plenty of options between numerous bread choices, condiments, and toppings. There’s definitely something for everyone.“

“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“Usually we love noodles and Company, but tonight I went in and made an order to go for 3 meals. Arrived home (45 min drive) and there was chicken on the pesto cavatappi. We are vegetarians. Meal was wasted. Very upset about this.“

“My family and I stop by often for a healthy salad bar. It’s always fresh and delicious. Today we met a nice young lady, Kate, who was bussing tables. She went out of her way to get my husband his favorite dressing when it wasn’t on the salad bar. She was super friendly and made our stop there extra special today. And I can’t say enough about the manager, Joe. Super nice guy. I think it’s great that Jason’s Deli hires special needs adults. We will continue to support this business as often as possible.“

“This location was SLAMMED this labor day weekend. I watched 2 girls accommodate a high volume of door dash and in store orders. They reset the stations mid way, sanitizing and cleaning up. I gladly waited for my high quality 8 ingredient smoothie. The employees got killed but did it with a smile. I love your stores and can't wait ro see more locations in the future! I hope you can find more employees like the girls working at 2pm on 8/31/25!“

“This place is great idea for you and a friend too go Duch on this place as many different things to try and you won't be disappointed with the selection.
The fireplace makes it cozy.
I had a wonder soup and half sandwich and saw a study group from a nearby college. I have seen people on computer's as well but I'm unsure if they offer Free WiFi there. There's plenty of parking here.“

“The first time I came in I made the made the mistake of getting their hot style chicken. It was amazing but I am a wimp lol.
My second time i got medium style and it was perfect!!! Service was wonderful and fast. The host was kind and considerate as well. 👍“

“This place is great! the coffee and confection that I had was well above average. It's the staff and the customers that sold me. The staff is very attentive to customer's needs, and the patrons are about as friendly as you can imagine. The place was packed, yet I was treated as a regular. I'll be back. Too good to pass up.“
