The staff is always welcoming, and they’re quick and accurate with every order – I’ve never had any issues. I’m also a big fan of their rewards program, which adds a nice bonus to every visit. Plus, they offer every flavor of chips you could want as a quick side to your hoagie. Whether it's lunch or dinner, Primo’s is always a great choice!“

“I had been going to the Capriotti’s location in Exton for years. Since moving to Downingtown, the experience has improved above what was already a great value. The rolls are perfection, the amount of quality ingredients on the subs easily worth the value.The Bobbie is an excellent departure from the usual sub spots. A taste of Thanksgiving any time of year. The turkey is always so fresh. I do like their cheesesteaks as well. They’re best when you’re eating in and get them right off the grill.My wife is vegetarian, and she loves that all of the menu items have an equivalent vegetarian option. The veggie Cole turkey is a winner, and the impossible cheesesteak is so close to the regular cheesesteak you almost can’t tell them apart.“

“We love Jersey Mike’s! We went to the one in West Chester yesterday. Dad & I had Cheesesteaks that were delicious on Wheat bread. Mom had an Italian Hoagie which was really good too. We will definitely be going back to Jersey Mike’s soon.“

“Primo makes an awesome sandwich when it's made the way you ask for it to be made. Taking the order and then preparing the sandwich as if not reading the order for the sandwich. When paying for what you want and not getting it can be extremely annoying. Love to have what I pay for and exactly as I asked for it. If I ever get a sandwich made the way I ask for it.
