“I celebrated my PhD today in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that we had a pleasant evening and the place was unquestionably one of the reasons for that strong event. The team helped in a sweet style, the cuisine was yummy and my guests were extremely delighted. We shall no dout come back again for more events. Thank you very much.“

“I heard a lot about Jules@market. When the house jazz band was scheduled we took the opportunity to check it out. The ambiance was great. A subtitled film noir projected against one wall while the jazz trio played against the opposite wall. We loved that. There’s an open kitchen design which really works in an otherwise tight space. One small minus is that it could be vented better. I came home smelling like food. Having said that, the food was exceptionally good. I read some reviews that spoke about small portions. My response is- if you want tonnage, eat fast food or at a chain restaurant. Jules@market is not that. Everything was fresh and on point. One drawback- most restaurants that offer sparkling bottled water also offer flat. I was surprised that Aqua Panna wasn’t available but Pelligrino was available. We don’t drink tap water so I was forced to drink carbonated water which isn’t the greatest for my stomach. Had I known I would have brought my own. Now the service- the staff was super friendly. I left over 20% because of this. But, to put it bluntly they need training. The food is great, the prices are high, the ambiance is amazing. The service should match but it doesn’t. I’m being specific in this review because I love that Bristol is changing and growing and want this restaurant to really really succeed. So here are my comments:1) when people put utensils together to the side it indicates they are finished and the plate can be removed. When it is open and food remains don’t ask to take the plate. 2) Remove all dirty dishes promptly- out bread dishes and used butter stayed on the table the entire meal 3) clear the table before bringing dessert. Looking at dirty dishes while eating the most perfect key lime pie detracts from the experience. 4) timing could be better. We waited 25 minutes for our appetizers and then waited again for a side after being served our main courses at separate times. Have someone follow the server and put the entire course down together. 5) Not once were our water glasses refilled by staff. We poured the Pelligrino ourselves 6) Never bring the plastic bus bins onto the floor to clear a table. That’s for diners, not nice restaurants. Use a tray to remove dishes if need be.I eat at high end restaurants and the service makes the night. That’s why we tip and don’t get take out, we like to relax and have a pleasant experience. I’d love to come back and have the amazing food ( worth every Penny) and have the service be more on point.The food is perfect, fresh, tasty, excellent presentation. The staff couldn’t be friendlier- really lovely people. The ambiance is great, quaint and inviting. I gave a five star because I think the service just needs a little tweak.UPDATE: After posting my review I was contacted by a man saying he was the general manager. I’m not sure how he got my phone number but I wish he would not have called. He was positively berating me about how my review was damaging, he had 15 people to keep on payroll, his family was from Bristol, and I just wrote the review to benefit myself. I could barely respond. He was erratic and attacking. It was off putting considering my teenage son was in the car as he wouldn’t let up and was on speaker. At first I tried speaking with him. I felt my review was good, fair, and spoke very highly about everything except the service- which others have critiqued similarly here on google review. After five minutes of him venting I was still trying to make things right and asked if I could make a suggestion. His response was very rude. He said,” if you make it quick.” At that point I realized that whatever is going on in his life- he decided to take it out on me. I was done. I said,” Never mind. Have a good day.”I later heard that the jazz house band who I was seen talking to was fired and told that I complained about the music. That’s absurd and a lie. They were fired as some sort of weird retribution or maybe they can’t afford to pay them anymore and used me as a scapegoat. Either way this restaurant is not managed properly.“

“What an incredible event for our niece Angelina on her 18th Birthday! The family Nick, Patty and Alex Mastoris, down to the amazing staff that helped work Angelina's 18th birthday dinner was on point. The food, the amazing service and overall experience of how organized the dinner went. The family made our nieces birthday extra special that she won't ever forget. All family and friends enjoyed their cocktails, mocktails, dessert stations and prefix meal that was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Thank you so much Mastoris family! “Great restaurant & bar! We went to celebrate a birthday. Food was very good and portions are nice size! Large menu with many options. Specialty drink and dessert menu very nice also. Our server Jacqueline was wonderful! Very friendly and extremely accommodating! Can't wait to go back!“

“Augusto's remains one of the best restaurants in the area. I hadn't been in a few years, but the food is excellent, creatively prepared, and affordable. We had the specials, which were amazing ( lobster bisque—George Perrier's recipe, which I had years ago at Le Bec Fin-the duck, and homemade gnocchi). Delicious. Excellent coffee too ( too full to try dessert!). Very attentive, friendly service. We'll be back!“

“I’m chef in the kitchen and I been cook 15 years . Let me be honest I’m super picky about food and I don’t like everyone’s food.Once food doesn’t hit my taste that’s it but Fusion Fresh!!!? Taste amazing . So delicious food, I wish I live close I would eat everyday and one meal can last long to me at least 4-5 hours( usually get hungry every 2 hours )“

“If this is you first time, highly recommend the LAMB SHWARMA but... All their food is good...BUT THE LAMB EUUGHHH ? ? perfect. They allow me to get what i want on it(i get extra pickles and no tomatoes) and i allow them to coook it the way it's supposed to. Please try everything a I'm a very clean eater. My stomach has never had a hard time digesting thier food.Tell them its you first time and give them 2-3 chances and each time order something completely different. You'll love it by the second time. “Food was good. Atmosphere was nice for a visiting out-of-state police officer. Company stor offers a lot of Philly PD swag. Very "safe" environment. Will visit again the next time in town. Recommended for LEOs to add it to your list if in the area.“

“My first time here. I met a friend for lunch. I had the burger it was really good. The place was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon. I definitely want to come back and try dinner there's a few items on dinner menu I saw that looked good. Highly recommend it.“

“We love Steam Pub. Thank you so much to Chris for making things right with our order we had from takeout. We thought things were missing and Chris went above and beyond to fix it. It turned out that it was our mistake and when we went back to give back the gift card and wine he had given us he would not take it back. We go to Steam almost weekly and this kindness and amazing customer service guarantees we will continue to be loyal customers. Our sincerest apologies to all who prepped our order correctly. “This was our first visit to harvest. Parking was a bit jammed, but we were there during peak dinner time. Seating was immediate. The menu was filled with gluten-free choices for my wife. So much so that she had trouble narrowing down her selection. We had the burger, Mac & cheese. And the cedar plank salmon. All three were fantastic. Burger and the fish were perfectly cooked, and the drizzle on the salmon plate was fantastic. We did two shooters for desert covering a peanut butter candy cane and a cream cheese carrot cake. Both of which were amazing. However, the peanut butter one was heavy and hard to finish after all the other food. 100% would return again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free friendly.“

“So back when I used to be in the area frequently, I had heard horror stories about this place... but that was pre-COVID. Now, I don't see what the rumors were all about; place is clean and easy to find, parking is sizable, pretty spacious & can hold a large party (with call ahead reservations of course) and staff at the bar area were personable enough“

“Parking: The location is "hidden" in an apartment complex. If you follow the gps it will lead you to the complex and if your standing in front of the main entrance, there's a single door towards the left which leads to the resturant. Trust me, it's worth the little adventure.“

“We dined here when my sister was in town. Although we had The Cage in the GPS, the actual name on the outside was Select Pizza Grill. We had to call to find that out because we thought we were lost. Parking: A private lot Atmosphere: low lighting and great ambiance. Service: Ashley was our server. She was very patient and took the time to give us the drink info. Ashley was the best! She tried her best to understand our request even when I got tough. Ashley Rocks!!! Drinks: 1. El Classico: 100% agave mezcal tequila, historical French herbal liqueur, and a homemade pineapple cordial, topped off with our famous mango foam. This drink has a smokey end to it. Once you get over it, it isn't bad, but the smokey flavor may turn you off 2. Tikki Takka: a blend of 3-year-old white rum, exotic passion fruit liquor, cranberry juice, and fresh passion fruit purée, all finished off with a lovely house-made grapefruit foam. It was ok. Note: Their special drinks are pre-mixed, so you CAN NOT add or take away. Food: Small plates: 1. Double truffle fries. Very delicious and crispy! Great truffle aioli dipping sauce!! 2. Korean tacos. Very flavorful! The meat was tender!! I didn't read the ingredients I just ordered. so when that soap taste hit my pallet, I had to spit my food out and scrap the rest of it off. 3. Chicken Yakitori. Omg!! Tasty! Entree: 1. Jumbo shrimp risotto: it was ok. I needed a little more favor. Note: Although they have all the ingredients, you can not customize your meal even if you are willing to pay an up charge. That is so disappointing. On the way out, we met the manager Nektur, and he was nice and engaging. Overall, we enjoyed our food, and we would definitely come back.“

“Never disappointed here. Ahi and calamari are fantastic. Awesome outside eating area.UPDATE: They never really seemed to recover from covid. They close so super early that you have to find someplace else in town. Their kitchen never seems to be open past 9:00 and on sundays, including St. Patrick's day, they closed at 7:45. I really hope they do well but if any place else opens in town they are finished.“
