“If this is you first time, highly recommend the LAMB SHWARMA but... All their food is good...BUT THE LAMB EUUGHHH ? ? perfect. They allow me to get what i want on it(i get extra pickles and no tomatoes) and i allow them to coook it the way it's supposed to. Please try everything a I'm a very clean eater. My stomach has never had a hard time digesting thier food.Tell them its you first time and give them 2-3 chances and each time order something completely different. You'll love it by the second time. If not ??‍♂️ its not for you thenParking: 4 that belong to the business right in front but like 10 in the row across from themWheelchair accessibility: The store is located next to the edge of the shopping mall where the sidewalk ramps down.“

“So I was in Pennsylvania for a New Year's party and the Giants played. So I asked my friend where to watch the game. She recommended her favorite spot "The W Tavern" and said the wings are excellent. I mean football and wings, what could be better? We goto to the bar around twelve thirty and asked the bar tender, named Michelle, if they could put one tv on for the Giants game? Now, remember, this is a Pennsylvania restaurant so it's a curtesy for them to put the game on. However, they didn't have Sunday Ticket, so we couldn't watch the game. What a sad state of events; the wings or the game. My hungry for the better of me so the seven people and I stayed. I have to say, I'm glad we did. The three flavors, mango habanero, garlic parmesan, and the bbq sauce, were incredible! They were a good size and they offered tons of delicious blue cheese. They offered a special so we got a great deal on the wings, also the beer, if that's your thing (I mean, it is a bar). But next event at her house, I would go back. I just hope it's not during the football season, or they get Sunday Ticket.“

“Went last week and had an amazing experience especially the assistance we received from our waitress and the pastry chef. I had the one of the special entrees of the day- duck breast and since I’m not drinking, their lavender lemonade was both cute and tasty. A little tart, but very lemonadey. My husband got a ton a stuff that I don’t remember, but he enjoyed every drink, appetizer ( it was a tuna bonbon special) and entree. I’ve driven past this place for years, so it was great to finally pop in. Added bonus, located in northwest Philly which is such an amazing part of the city.“

“Another wonderful dining experience at the Valley Green Inn. This time my party of four came for Sunday brunch. We were happily surprised with a complementary basket of warm mini muffins. Which went very well with our glasses of very reasonably priced and good dry white. Two of us had the crabcake sandwich with fries which was delicious. my other two dining companions had salads – one a beautiful quinoa, and the other a large salad with chicken, both of which they enjoyed. Now, the service! We were fortunate to get Tristan again as our server. He was a delight as usual with attentive and upbeat service. As I said, a wonderful dining experience – good food, good service, and the beautiful ambience of the Wissahickon . What could be better. “

“Came here for a Valentine’s Day tasting menu and was blown away. My partner picked the restaurant and I went in blind, knowing nothing. Incredible experience. The food was outstanding and made right in front of us. Max is a wonderful chef who worked magic to provide an incredible tasting menu by himself. Will be going back, and bringing friends.A very clear example of “you get what you pay for”.“

“McMenimin's is a terrific, very popular neighborhood bar/restaurant. It can be noisy, but if you sit in the back room, the noise is not too bad. We were there on a weeknight (Tuesday), and yet every table was filled by 7 o'clock. The food is better than one would expect for this kind of place. The fish and chips, chef's salad with portobello mushrooms and plant-based "cheeseburger" were all excellent. And portions were huge. The server was very pleasant. The reasons why this is 4 stars and not 5: No cocktail list at all and just a few not-so-great wines by the glass. And the entrees were served way before we were finished with the appetizers. They must have thought we had to catch a train. If you don't mind being rushed like crazy, then you might give McMenamin's 5 stars.“
