It was much more than that. I was learning. I was growing. And I was developing. It might not make sense to those reading this unless you’ve met him. “Ordered a chicken pesto Stromboli and one of the reasons was the sun dried tomato’s. Unfortunately it came with regular tomatoes which made it watery. Sun-dried tomatoes are more expensive than plum tomatoes and the flavor is very different.if they were not available the server should have mentioned and the price should reflect the difference. Very disappointed and only had a couple bites.“

“We had dinner here for the first time on Sat, 11/12/22–what a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had muscles for our appetizer that were fresh and very tasty. We each had different entrees, one the salmon dish and the other chicken—both were amazing, with each of us saying we’d order our meal again or try the other one next time. Then dessert: one had the s’mores dessert and the other the chocolate bread pudding—we didn’t think we’d have room, but we made room, because both were excellent! Plus the chef said he’d be changing the menu every week—we can’t wait to go back!“

“This place has really good food. The Time Secret Sauce is really delicious. it kinda reminds me of Big Mac sauce but better tasting. “Wonderful steak. I ordered the filet, medium rare, and let it sit... It was purple right in the middle, so letting it sit was a good idea for a couple minutes bc around that, it was great. I then cut through it like butter. Best steak I've had in 5 years. Fries (ordered instead of gratin) could be crisper. They were served under the steak.

“First time visiting the Steam Pub! I started out a little disappointed because they were out of my first two choices. I decided to get the blue cheese burger and fries. It was phenomenal! The burger was huge and juicy. The blue cheese was delicious and the fries were battered and a huge portion! Our server was attentive and took great care of us. I will definitely be back - next time I'm trying the French Dip!“

“This was my first time trying Humpty’s Dumplings. They were at a local craft show at my church. I tried the cheesesteak dumpling, spinach and cheese and chicken and dumplings. They were absolutely delicious!!!!! Hot and fresh right out of the fryer. Highly recommend you try them. Looking forward to finding them at another location.“

They even have outside tables towards the back I hadn't noticed until last year and I think they cater to parties back there. They also have free WiFi for the patrons for your cellphone. The second I walked in, I was impressed. The hostess greeted me immediately and with a smile. I asked if I should order now and she smiled and explained that she'd take my order and she'll bring it to me. It was very pleasant. The store itself is clean and bright. I ordered two eggs medium, sausage patties,home fries with peppers and onions, rye toast with a little butter and a medium coffee. Everything was made exactly as I ordered it. “This place used to be my favorite but it’s gone down since I first started coming at least ten years ago. It took us almost 20 mins to get cashed out and even longer to get a drink from the bar. They didn’t have wings the last time I went and the back bar was closed. They need a Philly School District Calendar to add extra staff when there will be an early dismissal“

“I grew up on homemade Middle Eastern food made daily by my parents, so I’m very picky when it comes to authenticity. I’ve tried a few places that just didn’t hit the mark—but AL SHAM in Chalfont is a straight 10/10!! They serve real Arabic bread (pita)—not tortillas disguised as pita like you find at other places—and their homemade Lebanese toum (garlic aioli) is the real deal. One bite of their falafel wrap instantly transported me to a boardwalk in Lebanon, overlooking the Mediterranean—complete with fresh bread, Lebanese pickles, and those perfect pickled turnips. The meat is 100% Halal and you can taste the quality. Flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. **This is the kind of spot you want to support. “I LOVED my food. I got the Blackened Salmon & Shrimp Alfredo pasta. Salmon was cooked to perfection and so were the shrimp. The sauce made from scratch & you can tell. So much flavor. Quality food! The young woman at the order counter is truly a sweet soul. A true conversationalist with great customer service.
