“First time here. Wide variety of foods from salads & soups, burgers & wraps, steaks, chicken & pastas. Everything was delicious, large portions & the cakes are huge. Our waitress Kayley was attentive & a delight. We'll ne back tomorrow!“

“Great staff, affordable, quick service, very accommodating to special requests, great coffee-I love this place. I used to go about 2-3 times a week before it became super popular. I highly recommend it! I only wish the tutti frutti wasn’t seasonal, but that’s because they only use berries when they’re in season…so that ones on mother nature“

“My husband and I didn't know this place was here till today, but we are so glad we found it! The Farmer's Latte was excellent and I always appreciate having milk substitutes! The Arepas were delicious and very filling! Service staff are very kind; we will definitely be back!“

“The green beans appetizer is so delicious I had to order more! Plus I had the crispy chicken salad the chicken was so tender and the flavor was so good with all the combination in this salad! I defiantly recommend this place. Such a wonderful and unique little Cafe IO. ***** 5 star place in my opinion!“
“Not sure if this is the right place for this review, but I wanted to shout out whoever was working that Starbucks cafe the morning of Black Friday. The line was packed but those baristas got everyone in and out in no time; I barely blinked and my drinks were there. Very friendly and polite as well.“

“This is a good place to sit down and eat for multiple different group sizes. They decorated the place for the fall season, which was cool. It is hard to see the menu from afar and you are kind of rushed in trying to choose what you want to eat. Other than that, the food is good and service treats you well“

“We have been experiencing a multi-day power outage, and I wanted to say that the staff in this Panera have been exceptional. It is much busier than usual due to many people (including me) trying to work, and they have been very accommodating and kind. I used to work at a different Panera location and was very impressed with the staff here.“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock. Tex Mex Burger 5.5 Hand cut fries 6.1 House Made Ranch 8.2 Chocolate Chip Cookie 2.0“

“Usually will not rate a chain, but this one location deserves it. Unlike the crappy haters at the bridgeville location or getting reprimanded for using a MyPanera + Gift card at the waterfront location, this location is pleasant, and is generally consistent. It is usually a little busy, so that is a good sign. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.“

“This is a good, quiet, clean Panera. I only had an iced tea and sat there and held a business meeting. There were other groups and small meetings going on and the place was quiet enough to hold a conversation and large enough so no one was too close by.“
