“I visit this Dairy Queen often. The staff are always attentive, courteous and always friendly no matter how busy they are. Naturally, the ice cream dishes are awesome . And the food is good at a fair price. My favorites are the bacon cheese burgers and their chicken strip baskets.“

“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

I am blown away at the quality of the chicken, far exceeds the “other chicken “ place we used to frequent. Not only does the chicken taste gods, sizes are appropriate & not more breading than chicken.

Fries …my fav! Love crinkle cut, even good after travel home. Now for the sauce….chefs kiss! I have to say I’ve never used the dipping sauces provided from other chains, but the Cane sauce is way too good to resist!

She walked around the entire restaurant and asked how everyone was doing if they needed anything or if they were satisfied with there food. Never in my 36 years have i seen this type of compassion, service and just a kind soul ever and especially not in no fast food.“

“Some of the best burgers I've had, nice hotdogs as well. My partner had one of their new veggie burgers last time and she loved it.
It's nice that they always ask before adding toppings or condiments, my partner can't have mayo and some other places will just slap it on without asking.
Overall, really good food, pretty damn quick at a damn good price. Can't recommend enough.

“We ordered their cheese fries with bacon, and it was really delicious. The fries were flavorful even though they were oily. The bacon bits were really good, and so was the amount of that melty cheese.

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

However, we thought that some of the fries were pretty burnt in taste.“

“I've been eating Jim's since i was a teenager in the 60s. Unfortunately the famous sauce has been altered and was never as spicy as it is now. Too much heat and spice have ruined Jim's sauce.“

They separated and labeled all the orders, had all the drinks packaged nicely in carriers, and helped me get everything out to my car. Everyone was very friendly and didn’t make me feel like a bother at all. I would highly recommend this location!“

“After the store's remodeling the food and service has seemed to be consistently better.
The hush puppies have certainly improved, and they are almost as good as I remember they were many years ago.

This visit there was only a small error with our fish & chicken orders (fast food can be a little hectic at times).
We were missing a fish piece from both of our platters, but thankfully Marissa brought our missing fish to us after we pointed this out.

I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order. “I usually don't go to this chain unless I'm traveling and it's the only thing available. Recently I heard someone mention a new burger was on the menu. I decided to give the Arch burger a try. It was really good. It was the best burger I've experienced at this chain in many years. I hope this is the beginning of better menu items in the future. To me the Arch burger is a hit and should be on the menu permanently. I will definitely be willing to eat more of those and have already recommended it to 4 people already.“
