“Stumbled across this gem after a trip to Renningers market. We got the half wrap/soup combo with the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken corn chowder. The Chicken corn chowder is to DIE for! They offer homemade baked goods and healthier options which is always a plus for me. Prices can’t be beat. Our new breakfast/lunch go-to for sure.“

“I have only been to Nicks a few times now with my boyfriend, but just about every time he asks me where I want to go out I tell him Nicks. He has been a patron of Nicks for about 20 years now and this bar is like a second home. Company is always good and the Nicks (Jr & Sr) know how to run a friendly bar with excellent service. Plus you would have mom's cooking when she's in the kitchen. Crab cakes are worth the visit.“

“I went to Kutztown back in the 1990s when the Bagel Bar still operated out of the bike shop. The bagels were good and service was friendly, but the owner's husband kept trying to recruit me into Amway. Recommended place to get bagels so long as the husband is off the Amway thing.“

“Stopped into Shirley's Tequila Bar for an impromptu lunch after hearing so many people recommend it, and I'm glad we finally did! We lucked out because it was $5 Margarita Monday, so of course we had to try a few. They have a great variety of margaritas, and the ones we sampled were delicious.

They've also got a good craft beer selection, plenty of parking, and a friendly, attentive bartender who made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down.

The real standout, though, was the Shirley's Fries. Sweet, salty, spicy...they're hands down some of the best fries I've had in a long time. If you go, they're a must-order.

We'll definitely be back and highly recommend giving Shirley's Tequila Bar a try!“

They make sure that the guests have what they need. Today there was no almond milk because they take it away after a certain time. I asked if I could have some because I'm trying to make healthier choices and half and half is not the healthiest choice when trying to do that.
