“I had the half fried chicken, green beans, baked potato and a roll. The owner served us and we enjoyed all aspects of our visit. The meal was excellent, maybe the best boasted chicken meal I ever had. I was thoroughly impressed. Hometown eating at it's best. I should add that the rolls are warm from the oven, as in homemade.“

“Don't let the exterior fool you. The food was great! We stopped here on our way across PA. It is a short jump off of the turnpike and easy back on; maybe about 5 miles one way. They have a large space for outdoor seating. We chose the indoor AC. It is a bar. There are regulars having familiar conversations across the room with one another, Skills machines (with matching ATM), and a couple flat-screens. It's a comfortable atmosphere for those of us that grew up with "everybody knows your name" places. Bonus - Eagles fans make this place their home (Go Birds!).We ordered a grilled cheese, clam chowder, pizza burger, and onion rings. Sandwiches come with crisp potato chips. The pizza burger was yummy and very cheesy but nothing special. The clam chowder got good reviews and the grilled cheese was perfect for a road trip. The star of the show was the onion rings. They were deliciously sweet with a thick, crisp batter. Soda came in cans; iced tea too.The service was kind and quick. The bathroom was fairly clean. The only concern was the person wrapping flatware for service while eating her lunch; probably not a practice that would be repeated if the health inspector was there. Would stop again for sure.“

“Out of town hikers, wanted to grab lunch and I’m so glad we came to Wild Annie’s. I don’t usually go out to eat but the food at this place will have me coming back for more! We had the Thai Wrap and the Harvest Wrap and WOW, I’ve never had a better wrap in my life! We also order the Junk Basket as our appetizer and the blue cheese with the sauce they used over sweet potato fries was delicious. I can’t wait to come back and try another meal! 10/10“

“This small, drive-up eatery is a bit of an oasis in a fully rural setting. The food is great with generous portions and the reasonably low pricing is from yesteryear. Service with a smile and you wonder why more icecream joints can't get it right like this. I will get a chocolate malt shake everytime I pass by and my wife gets the grapenut flurry. And for a meal it is their cheeseburger basket for two. Go get you some and enjoy the company under the pavilion.“

“Very nice place with very nice people. The homemade desserts that are out of this world. Had the cheery crumble, peach cobbler, and the peanutbutter pie that just the best I have ever had. Hamburgers had a good taste. I believe they are cooked over an open flame. Prices are very reasonable too.“
