“Ordered takeout and it was out of this world as always. When I called they were super busy and I let them know I will wait if Chef can accommodate and I provided my order. Let them know I’m right down the street and just need a 5 minute notice and they would call back when it wasn’t busy - they called me back in less than 30 minutes and said ready in 10 minutes. I love the fact that if they are too busy and can’t accommodate at that time they’re honest. It’s a small family business the Mom is the host and probably one of my favorites she is like old school south Philly meets Mother Theresa! The chef is a perfectionist and I always try at least one special and have never regretted it. I am utterly amazed each time at the dishes he comes up with. Overall price wise they cannot be beat, huge portions and every bite was heavenly. Where can you get this much fresh, delicious food for under $100 no where except New American Bistro. It’s also extremely rare to get take out and it be as good as served in the restaurant. The beet with pistachio encrusted goat cheese salad with raspberry dressing. This salad had it all! Everything was so fresh and crisp. There were so many bursts of flavor. This was a special hopefully it will be added to the menu. Rating: 5/5 Spicy crab chowder - we always order. It’s my husband’s favorite soup. Rating: 5/5 Blackened Scallops with Raviolis and Lobster Sauce - we always order. Appetizer size comes with 4 blackened scallops and a couple ravioli. Rating: 5/5 Maryland crab cake with Ravioli and pesto sauce. This was my first time trying and typically does not get pesto dishes. This had so much flavor and was refreshing if that makes any sense. Appetizer size comes with a very large crab cake and a couple ravioli. Rating: 5/5 Gnocchi's with Jumbo Lump Crabmeat and Gorgonzola Sauce- this is my absolute favorite dish. The Gorgonzola sauce you could drink. I dip the homemade bread in the sauce after. It’s my favorite. I’m a huge Gorgonzola fan I put it on everything. The Gorgonzola sauce on this particular dish I find to be mild and perfection. I just woke up thinking of this dish it is so unbelievably good. Rating: 5/5“

“My friend and I LOVE this place!! We have been twice and the service is consistently great! The drinks and the food are to die for! We love the cheesesteak egg rolls and the watermelon martini!? the staff is so nice and accommodating and the manager is so friendly and introduces himself to everyone. We came for Sunday brunch , and it was a refreshing contrast to other places that were just too crowded and where servers are too busy to attend to customers properly. “I traveled from Atlanta to Union Steaks, and it was worth it! Perfectly located by the Philadelphia United arena, the cheese steaks are among the best in the area. Soft bread, fresh peppers, and onions made every bite delightful. Bonus: the entire menu is Halal! The staff is friendly, and their cheese steak nachos are a must-try. Can't wait to try more next time I'm in town.

“My partner and I decided to give Andiario a try over the weekend and I can't express how genuinely lovely the entire experience was. The staff were all extremely attentive and knowledgeable while the menu (which apparently changes every week) was delicious and inspiring. I swear I could have the pasta and pheasant for every meal and still be satisfied! I wish I could properly convey just how relaxing and delightful the atmosphere was too. “This was our second visit to Snuff Mill and the food and service is consistently top notch. Shannon provided excellent attentive service and the burrata, Nashville chicken sandwich and Mill salad were delicious and well plated. The manager Kaylee stopped by and we spoke with her for about 10 minutes. She shared upcoming events like the wine pairing dinner and opera dinner. We loved that she was an “active” manager who engages with the patrons and talks with pride about the staff and how they strive for an exceptional experience. Keep up the good work Snuff Mill!!“

“Clean restaurant with fast service and delicious food! I have a severe food allergy which makes it hard to eat at most restaurants. However, they were very accommodating and we had the best server, Amanda, who made sure I was completely comfortable and taken care of. “So we took a little trip down energy lane today. We didn't have to look very far. It was 7 to 10 minutes from Brandywine and Trolley Square. Lots of options in either of those places but we were in search of something more personal, something with just the right energry. We arrived and were greeted by Monique who treated us like we were guests in her home- so inviting and such a positive vibe. She let us know there were 2 new owners and they took over about 3 months ago. This just built up our expectations. Would they survive us? Lol When we pulled up to this cozy cafe and we started to explore, we realized it spans larger than you may think if you don't venture beyond the sidewalk. If you don't - then I must tell you in full certainty, you are missing out. You are missing out on an amazing Nacho Zito (shh can not tell you all the yummy stuff in the yummy stuff) I would spoil your fun taking in all the things that are THE THINGS. The Classic Ceaser with crabcake was so beautifully chopped and arranged that I thought it might end there but as I lifted my fork to my mouth and felt the warm salad hit my tonue, the crab cake literally fished the happiness right from my center! This was the most amazing crab cake ceaser. Chefs Kiss! Don't leave without ending this steller experience with an herbal tea and dessert. The peanut butter banana chocolate cheesecake was bliss! Love the fact that all the ingredients are fresh and local, even down to the honey for your teas! Apparently this lil hidden gem hosts LIVE MUSIC EVERY NIGHT! Brunch on Sundays with live music, book clubs, among other entertainment. We did the late lunch experience today. Sunday we will try the brunch but will wait till 12 for live music. Next week we will try Dinner. Stay tuned for the Brunch and dinner review.....we are becoming huge fans of this place with the postively perfect vibe!“

“Very nice Cafe, it was clean and open. We (grou of 5) went for late breakfast and there was no wait. The host sat us immediately and the server came an took our drink order. The coffee is good, a little strong. We ordered and received our meals within 15 minutes. All of our meals were hot and prepared the way ordered. The server was friendly and checked on us multiple times. The floors and tables were clean; the booth we were in had some damage from use. The bathroom was clean. There is ample parking.

I understood the chicken fingers are frozen so I opted for the chicken breast sandwich and it was WORTH IT!! The charbroil taste was great, best sandwich I've had in awhile. “This is our local Applebee’s and we love coming here on a Friday night to catch up on our lives, eat some good food and relax and unwind. The atmosphere is chill and homey with big, comfy bench seats and oak woodwork bathed in a warm glow of colorful, easy on the eyes, hanging lights. Lots of TVs with favorite sports channels and walls full of local memorabilia. Our waitress, Chrissie, was so nice and helpful and hung out a bit to talk. “A great stop to sit down for a quick homemade breakfast or lunch in the Westtown Amish Market. We come to Westtown about once a month and have always had delightful experiences here at H&L!We enjoyed lunch on our most recent visit. My wife had a corned beef sandwich, while I enjoyed the fried fish sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Both meals came with a pickle and potato chips on the side but we chose to upgrade to fries for an extra $3. (As you can see from the photos, we were each offered a generous helping of fries we couldn't finish!)Our waitress was so kind and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed at least twice. “Nice place! Felt very homely and welcoming. It's a bit out of the way but a friend took me there to try after he was impressed by it. I had the chipped beef on toast and it hit the spot. I also had a side of scrapple. Most places don't cook scrapple correctly but Libby's did a fine job with it, and that's coming from a guy that lives in scrapple territory! I will say that the potatoes needed salt, but I'd rather have to add salt than deal with having too much salt. The coffee was decent as well.

Oh yeah, talk about affordable! This is how breakfast should be priced!

Kid-friendliness: While I was walking out, two little kids in strollers were smiling and waving bye to us. The staff were having fun with them too. It was adorable so I'd say they're pretty kid friendly.“
