I was greeted with a bright-eyed smile by Sara, and when she recognized my trials- she offered a hug & prayers. I won’t soon forget that! “I cannot even begin to express how grateful we are for the kindness and exceptional service provided by Jim & Nena's. After a failed delivery with GrubHub it was much needed!! They were patient with GrubHub and my husband as all 3 worked together in rectifying the situation (which was no fault of the restaurant). They not only offered to deliver our order themselves (so we could stop dealing with GrubHub), but also gave us an additional pizza!! Ps. The bacon cheese fries were LOADED in cheese & bacon & they were absolutely delicious. We will certainly be stopping here more often (rather than ordering through GrubHub).“

“Son of Sicily is a excellent place to eat, food is excellent and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The main reason for this review is the excellent pizza I just ate. I just had the Grandma pizza with bacon and banana peppers, my favorite combo. It was so delicious, everything was perfect. I just found my new favorite pizza. I’ve had the same toppings on a regular pizza, but on the Grandma the sauce is sweeter and more savory. Definitely a winner! Thanks Sons of Sicily crew!“

“Came into this place on a whim today, and SO glad I did! The thin crust pizza was amazing - brought home half and it crisped right back up when I reheated it. Also had a cheese steak Stromboli which was delish. The Italian sub I had needed more meat and cheese inside of it, but good flavors. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. “Updating a previous review where I had noted that we tried the virtual burratta class and were not able to use the end product. When Caputo Brothers saw my review, they reached out proactively and offered to replace my previous order so I could give it another try or to refund. I chose to try again and they promptly sent me new curds. Now that is excellent customer service that you just don't see much of any more. I'm very impresssed.“

“We had planned a pizza party after our lacrosse practice, but a thunderstorm threw a wrench in our outdoor plans. We called the shop to see if we could bring 25 athletes and coaches into the store instead, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we arrived, the staff had reserved tables prepared and the pizzas were already set out for us. The staff was courteous, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We truly appreciate their support for local youth sports teams. It's businesses like this that make our community so special. Thank you for helping to make our event a success!“

“Yesterday was our last time ordering from Sal's. We have had issues for the past year. I'm very disappointed because Sal's used to be my favorite restaurant for over a decade. However, I will not be suggesting your restaurant anymore. Our pizza was dry and burnt in the crust, the salad was bad, the chicken on it was also dry and had no flavor .. no dressing was packed in the bag, Additionally, the buffalo chicken wrap had watered down sauce buffalo sauce and maybe blue cheese dressing??? Not a crumble. The whole wrap was a soggy mess. It was a weekday order...early evening, not a busy time.“
