“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

The venue is fully accessible, conveniently located just off the Hampton, PA, round about with plently of free parking on site. “I came to Ghouls and Grinds for the first time 2 weeks ago, and it was absolutely the best experience I have had at a local coffee shop. The coffee here is fantastic, and the drink choices are amazing. My husband also loves it so much, this is the only coffee shop we want to come to now. I appreciate that they don’t charge extra for things like different milks and for decaf coffee. The cinnamon bun coffee is our absolute favorite. And also- the staff here is very friendly. That’s a huge plus- I have had some disappointing encounters at other coffee shops in the area- but not Ghouls and Grinds- they are fantastic and if you have not tried them I 1000000% urge you to!! You will not be disappointed!“

“The staff here is super friendly. I had a manger go the extra mile on her day off when my coffee was made incorrectly she just happened to be in the store getting coffee. I also got a free gift card whe they messed up my order. They want to make it right and are very helpful.“

“if I choose what goes into my drink it is very tasty, however they are not always so good. today I got cinnamon dolce latte. it tasted horrible, just like black coffee with milk. there was no cinnamon topping and I think they forgot about the flavor syrup.
