“I've gone here several times now. The chicken is really good. Not flavorful tho. And if you get a sandwich, good luck. It's 3 chicken tenders on a bun, and you can't eat it unless you keep the paper that they wrapped it up in, around it.I don't care for the cole slaw, the toast, or Cane's sauce, but that's just me.
The only thing I think they can improve on is the fries. Every single time I get them they are hardly even cooked, and they are soft and flappy. I have to bring them home and put them in my air fryer. I only noticed today the sign said that the fries were crispy. I'm not sure if this is at all of them, but the one on Jonestown Road does not ever have crispy fries when I'm there.
So overall, I think they're good. I just won't be going back myself. It's overpriced, like everything else.
The girls at the window are always very nice and respectful. That's VERY rare to come by.“

“I went today around 2pm to 3pm and there was a gentleman named Christian who recognized me and remembered a part of my order. I was very impressed and coming to this establishment has been a good experience since ive been coming here. Thank you to all the staff for all you do to provide good food and service.“

“On let me start off first by saying kfc is freaking expensive! I’m definitely gonna go to Popeyes from now on they have way better deals!…… now I ordered 2 of the 13.99 boxes it came with the chicken sandwich fries and the nuggets as well as a drink. Baby that thing was delicious ok and the nuggets were good too I honestly could have done without the fries! “This location has a great 3 lane system in place for mobile pick-ups, and take-out orders. Despite the huge lines in this very busy area, they keep cars flowing very smoothly and steadily. Their staff is friendly and polite I person and through drive thru intercom. And the food we ordered (spicy deluxe sandwich and 12 piece) were warm and cooked great. We love this Chick-Fil-A“

“My husband and I came in for lunch today and our experience was great! We were on our way home from D.C and were sadly for us first timers 😂 Our order came out fast and everything was really good, we get the hype now! When ordering I was all over the place but the woman taking our order was very patient (i apologize i don’t remember her name) I giggled and told her we were first timers, she greeted us with a warm welcome again and even gave us a brownie & a choc chip cookie welcoming us in! 10/10 experience, we are so glad we stopped and dined in!
