“A nice, friendly family business in Doy-town center. The ice cream is to die for, especially the seasonal pumpkin with buttery graham crackers, as it is homemade from Tanners Farm! So worth eating the ice cream here since the farm is quite a drive from Tanners. Also a nice post or pre County cinema treat! Def recommend!“

“My husband and I absolutely adore Curly's Carnival Eats and Creamery! It’s our favorite place to escape and indulge our inner kids. The atmosphere is vibrant and nostalgic, perfectly capturing the fun spirit of the fair without the crowds. Every bite from the perfectly crispy funnel cakes to the decadent, creative ice cream flavors, is a celebration.
The portions are generous, the staff is cheerful, and it’s truly a unique spot that we look forward to visiting every time. If you want great desserts and fantastic carnival classics, make sure to bring your partner, family, friends, etc and check out Curly's! Highly, highly recommend!“

“As the weather begins to warm up, I start my Sunday night tradition of going out to get a couple of scoops of ice cream or water ice. A couple months back, I wanted to try something different and go someplace I'd never tried before. So, good old Google found me a place, less than a mile away, which I never knew existed! I jumped in the car, drove down, and (long story short), I was blown away! I will ALWAYS choose a small local business over a corporate owned or franchised operation any day, and this wonderful couple not only serves delicious ice cream, incredible waffles, PLUS extremely delicious homemade waffle cones and bowls, but they also serve up love and hospitality! This is MY go-to place now, MY neighbors, and a part of MY extended family of sole proprietors! I am so glad I wanted something different that night! I sure got more than I asked for! If you are a customer already, you KNOW what I am talking about! If not, please give ScoopAffles a try! I promise you will not be disappointed and... will absolutely get hooked! 😁“

“Outrageously creamy, house-made ice cream that’s thick enough to chew — that’s Oh Wow Cow. Consistently ranked among the top three ice cream parlors in the country and easily the number one on the East Coast, this place doesn’t just live up to the hype — it obliterates it.
Each flavor is more outrageous than the next, a lineup of pure mouth fuel. The dark chocolate tastes like midnight — bold, bittersweet, and dangerously smooth. The “crack” caramel? Addictive as sin, packed with crunchy toffee bits and salted-caramel swirls that pull you back in for another hit.
The move here is the flight — five scoops, roughly the size of two generous servings, and a ticket to flavor heaven. You’ll want to linger over every spoonful, chasing texture, savor, and surprise.
There’s always a line, and it’s always worth the wait. Oh Wow Cow doesn’t just make ice cream — it crafts an experience that sticks with you long after the last bite melts.“

“We come here very often And the young girls that work here are always super friendly and nice. Whoever does the hiring did a wonderful job I have two readers that are closer to my home, but I choose to drive the extra 10 minutes just to go to the Rita’s in Furlong! For some reason, the flavors are just so much better here also!“

“Great handmade ice cream. Not cheap but well worth the cost. Unusual flavors you've never heard of before, including vegan options. Don't be surprised if the line is out the door when you arrive, but don't let that deter you from waiting. You won't regret it.“

“Not only did the owner of this store go out of his way to get me a cake made when I screwed up and ordered too late but all of our guests said it was the best ice cream cake they ever had. I have locations closer to me but this is the one we will be going to from now on and I am telling all of my friends and family the same.“

“I went in looking for a specific drink, while they didn't have it on the menu, they made it right on the spot for me! That's real service right there! The food is amazing! Best tater tots I ever had in my life. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and accommodating, especially Deb the owner. I will definitely be coming back!“

“My first time there was a little confusing finding the entrance/window to order (by the way, it’s in the back).
Secondly, they don’t offer samples, which is disappointing, but it’s their policy. Buying a full scoop of a flavor I’ve never tried before is a gamble I don’t like taking.
Third, it’s about $6–7 for a single scoop. I think that’s a bit pricey (IMO), but since I only go once in a while, I guess I don’t mind paying it.
Fourth, seating is limited if you want to sit and enjoy your ice cream. I’ve only been there twice, and both times I ended up eating in my car. It kind of takes away from my summer evening ritual: sitting outside while the warm air melts into the ice cream and I have to eat it as fast as it melts (the little kid in me still loves that, lol).
That said, their banana pudding ice cream was delicious. I’ll definitely stop by one last time to treat my sweet tooth before they permanently close.“

“Older lady made it right. Came here a week ago and they did not fill my quart of water ice to the top. Came back tonight and had asked them to please make sure it was filled and possibly the manager gave me a regular size to make up for the missing water ice in the quart, I definitely appreciated this, good customer service. Will make sure I always come to this location now!“

“Please stop by this location with the newer owners! This is our go to spot for our blizzards and also for everyone’s birthday cake! They always have the cake we need at the last minute and always are willing to personalize it. The woman was so sweet last time we got a cake and she let my daughter help her with writing on the cake. They also made a donation for my daughter’s softball team fundraiser that was very generous. Definitely make this your go to Dairy Queen!“

“I’ve been going to. Bruster’s shops for almost 20 years between Florida and now Trevose and the flavors never disappoint! Creamy and delicious homemade ice cream and yummy cakes if you so choose. There’s a flavor for everyone but my favorite is Espresso Yourself, Graham Central Station, New York Cheesecake, and the classic Cookies and Cream. You really can’t go wrong with any of them! The handmade in store waffle cones are to die for! Treat yourself to a tasty treat!“

“I went inside Rita’s today with my mom. The shop was small and cute. I told one of the workers that I applied for the job as a part time team member. They said that they will look at applicants next week. Anyways, I ordered a cotton candy Italian ice and it was delicious. I would recommend going there.“

“This is one of my favorite spots to visit during hot summer days for water ice and ice cream. They're always changing flavors but overall the options are very simple. I also love the blendinis and mistos. The staff here are usually made up of local high school students but the service is still good. Everyone is really friendly“

“Outrageously creamy house-made ice cream. That ice cream is so thick it almost has a chew to it. First up: the dark, rich chocolate scoop. It delivers a bold cocoa punch right from the first bite — almost velvety in its depth — yet stays dense and chewy rather than melting away too quickly. Then there’s the “crack”-flavor creation: a dangerously addictive caramel-toffee base with crunchy toffee bits and a salted caramel swirl that you go back to again and again, long after you thought you were done.“

“Quick service and friendly staff. Easy to order and lots of choices. The staff showed me the size differences between the water ice cups. Like that there’s calorie count on the ordering menu. The sugar free tangerine was delicious and the mango gelati was tasty as well. Definitely put a lid on them if you are travelling somewhere and you can’t eat it right away. The soft pretzels looks great too!
Easy to park and place your order at the window.
Maybe Rita’s should start drive thru’s as well??
Dietary restrictions: I’m dairy free so I just order the water ice. I cannot order the gelati sadly. Rita’s, how about dairy free/vegan soft serve ice cream ?“

“It's not the biggest DQ, but it does have like 6 tables inside and the staff is generally very nice. I am pretty sure (about 80%) they don't serve food other than ice cream and other frozen treats. So, don't come looking for burgers and such. That's really all it would take to make this 5 star.“

“Always a nice place to take your kids on a hot day. Not a ton of seating if you plan on staying but the staff (mostly students) are all very friendly and generally very helpful.
Parking: On a busy day, parking is near impossible in the lot as it's pretty tight, and there aren't many spots, but street parking is always a viable option.“

“The kids there are absolutely LOVELY. There is two kids in particular, both with accents, a blonde and brunette who are absolutely outstanding and always there whenever I come with my son. They definitely make the Dairy Queen a safe, fun environment and are overall my favorite two to see whenever I come! The ice cream is always good and taste fresh. No complaints here! Thanks Maple Glenn Dairy Queen!“

“Lets focus on logistics here. This store is in one of the worst locations in 19454. They should honestly move and print money elsewhere. Their staff does a pretty good job being efficient and friendly. They always carry a super large variety of flavors here and soft pretzels which is increasingly more and more rare for most Rita's. The prices are reasonable and everything is always fresh. They are always ready with the new promotions and show pride in their work. Support local businesses and patronize this store here just come ready to fight like a bear for a parking spot and to get back into town as 5 points is no joke lol ??.“

“This is an old style Dairy Queen where you walk up to one window to order and the other to receive your item. There is no indoor seating, so unless you want to eat in your car, this is not a location to go to in inclement weather. The staff are always friendly, and they do make very good blizzards.“

“Great location! They quickly served our group of over 100 people ( two busloads) on a recent Friday afternoon. We'll be back!“
“Had a nice, early morning visit to the Philadelphia International Airport and needed to grab a bite while we waited 10 hours before catching our departure flight.. None of the typical junk sounded remotely good, but Chickie's and Pete's seemed a better option... It definitely was. Plenty of seating, many with ac outlets and or usb ports for charging, as well as purse/backup hanging hooks around the bar.. Menu was not loaded with a ton of stuff, just a solid offering of semi comfort food from the area.. Seeing as how we didn't have time to get to Geno's or Pat's, I had to have some sort of Philly Cheesesteak, so I got the breakfast Cheesesteak sandwich.. Expecting it to be small, I was shocked when it arrived and was a good 10" hoagie, probably closer to a foot long. Nothing crazy, hoagie roll, scrambled eggs, and cheesesteak.. No provolone, but whatever their cheese sauce is, it's damn good! Also had a very small portion of their crab fries, which are crinkle cut fries and their special seasoning.. It was a very good breakfast no doubt! We sat for a good 3 hours or better, never pressured to wrap it up or leave.. Staff was very nice and speedy.. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a drink or a bite...“
