“A charming spot with the warmest people with olde school Italian food that hits the mark. Buona Sera Havertown has a warm welcoming atmosphere, excellent staff and a great menu of everyone’s favorites. Since 2022, this throwback has been a favorite in town. The shrimp pastas was excellent But the hit was the Scaloppine Alla Cardinale veal scaloppine sauteed with white wine, prosciutto, mozzarella and topped with roasted peppers.. The menu includes enough veal, seafood, chicken, sausage, and steak entrees to make choosing just one a challenge. Oh and yes the calamari and fresh mozzarella apps were bellissimo! Homemade desserts galore…need more reasons to go? No.“

“These are the most generous people I’ve ever had the privilege of ordering from in my life. I’m going through a family crisis and I’m in town for the week. I’ve been eating wawa veggie sandwiches and French fries for over a week now and I decided to treat myself to something vegan so I ordered through grubhub for the first time. I guess I accidentally ordered it to be delivered the following day. So I just called them and asked them if they were able to change the delivery time. They said sure no problem but apparently they couldn’t find a GH driver so the owner drove 20 minutes to deliver it to me and I’m honestly about to cry after the week I’ve had. They will never know how much this means to me. I am a lifelong Boardwalk Vegan fan and cannot recommend them enough!!!“

“We absolutely love the Westgate Pub. We recently had my daughter's first holy communion party in their private room and it was spectacular. Our server was great, the food was delicious, and the party decor and planning was beautiful and out of this world. Sue goes above and beyond with her decorations at Westgate. They treat you like family and they are our favorite local restaurant hands down. Highly recommend for events, lunch/dinner, or casual drinks at the bar! Thank you Westgate!!!“
