“I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I know everyone’s experience is different but I was in and out in less than a half hour. Sat down at 12:01 and had my food on my table at 12:15. My waitress asked several times if she could do anything else. And she was friendly. My worries for the bad reviews went away quickly.“

Today they made a very difficult situation a little better.
Shout out to the Jeannette DQ! On our way to the a Vet with Max our German Shepard, we noticed that the window was open at our DQ on Rt 130 in Jeannette/Hempfield. We had to pull over to rearrange the seating with the dog in the Explorer. I went up to the window and asked if by chance had any Ice Cream to give our dog. I explained where we were headed and why. The owner said "Hold on 1 Minute". A minute later he came walking around the corner with a dish of Ice Creame for our Max. He asked if he could see him. I opened up the hatch and he gave him the ice creame and petted Max for a few minutes. Can't thank him enough. This little jesture of kindness was huge for us. We were able to give Max one last treat! Thank you so much. I hope this message goes viral and you get paid 1,000 fold. You totally deserve it. Dairy Queen (Treat)“

It had been a minute since I ordered from here as usually my order was messed up etc. today I was craving one of their chicken salads so I decided to get that and a pizza for my kids. Both items were amazing and perfect! I understand this place is under new ownership. The manager/owner even brought the food to my car and chit chatted with me a bit. 10/10 customer service. This makes a big difference.“

“Delicious pizza! The sauce and pepperoni team up to make the pizza taste great. The dough was baked to the perfect crisp. We got garlic knots and drizzled some of the garlic sauce onto some of the slices added flavor. The garlic knots were baked just right and they were topped with a delicious sauce with the right amount of cheese and seasoning. I'm not a wing guy, but my girlfriend said that they were good, too. I wish I knew about this pizzeria sooner. 5 ⭐🤌🏻“

I was thrilled to see the option for sweet sauce and chose that for mine-it was delicious! Hubby got the regular sauce and it was equally delicious!

“Definitely do not come here for the atmosphere or the cleanliness. It hasn't seen a sanitizer since 1980. Literally. It was pretty bad. BUT....we committed to staying because someone gave the food a 5 stars review...and I see why. It was hands down the best breakfast I've had. Every part of that meal was a 5. Only the food, the coffee was awful, so not the beverages, just the food. I was in total shock. That cook needs a raise! Also,it's a shame, someone needs to clean this place up, and give the dining area a face lift. Because, the food their serving deserves to be served on a nice plate, and put on a clean, bought this century, booth. It also smells real bad, they need to open up the windows and let some fresh air in there.“

“Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. “Well, technically this is not a separate restaurant from Denny's. It's predominantly a curated and slightly different menu for the DoorDash/GrubHub/insert-food-delivery-service-here crowd. That said, I haven't had a single negative thing to say. The staff that preps and serves the meals at this Denny's location are the same great staff I enjoy when I go there. But it's McRib time and they are the only McDs in Westmoreland that has it at this point. I really dreaded going to this location. But the employees and food was above expectations.
