“One of the best ice cream spots around! From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly, welcoming, and fast. They offer a great variety of flavors, and everything tasted fresh and high quality.

My absolute favorite was the Mango Water Ice it was incredibly refreshing, packed with real mango flavor, and had the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. The texture was smooth, light, and perfect for a hot day. It’s definitely one of the best mango water ice treats I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back and try more flavors, but the Mango Water Ice will always be my first choice.

“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

“The BEST place for ice cream that I visited on a visit from the UK 🇬🇧 5 full stars! Easily outclassed more famous (and over-rated) creameries in Princeton and Philadelphia. Deliciously creamy and rich - the natural ingredients were obvious. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming (the great team is pictured). A shout out to Madison who served us with such patience and care the first time we visited. Great range of flavours and we really enjoyed chalking out stories on the wall-to-wall blackboard. “I live walking distance from a Rita's water ice but choose to drive 15-20min to Mom's because they are better in every way than Rita's! They give bigger sizes and prices are cheaper and they have so much more selection of homemade ice cream, soft serve ice cream, and water ice in so many different flavors and combinations and Sundaes and Gelatis and milkshakes! “I’ve been going to. Bruster’s shops for almost 20 years between Florida and now Trevose and the flavors never disappoint! Creamy and delicious homemade ice cream and yummy cakes if you so choose. There’s a flavor for everyone but my favorite is Espresso Yourself, Graham Central Station, New York Cheesecake, and the classic Cookies and Cream. You really can’t go wrong with any of them! The handmade in store waffle cones are to die for! Treat yourself to a tasty treat!“

“Not only did the owner of this store go out of his way to get me a cake made when I screwed up and ordered too late but all of our guests said it was the best ice cream cake they ever had. I have locations closer to me but this is the one we will be going to from now on and I am telling all of my friends and family the same.“

“I have always loved this place but my most recent experience yesterday makes me love it even more. I took my granddaughters out for ice cream and didn’t realize they closed at 9 and we got there at 9 and staff were walking out and I asked if they were closed. They said yes but if I wanted hand-dipped ice cream or water ice they would get it for me. I said oh thank you but we all wanted soft serve. I got back in my car and the owner walked over and said you want soft serve come on I’ll get it for you. He turned the lights back on and made the soft serve himself. “I didn't know what a water ice was but it's an Italian Ice. They let me get 4 flavors in one cup. The Mango was not good. But Lemon, Pineapple, and Strawberry were all great! My friend had chocolate and we all agreed that it tasted like a tootsie roll. I didn't order it because I knew that flavor wasn't for me.“

A 4-pack will provide a very satisfying dessert for 4 (or more) people. The staff at Newtown is very friendly and personable; the store is immaculate, the service is quick. “Every Rita's has different flavors! I love that my #1 location (Feasterville) always has best fruity flavors, my #2 location (Neshaminy) had all the best NEW flavors, and now I have a #3 (Penndel). They got flavors that I haven't seen in a long time! A little pricey for the sizes of products, but that's expected in the current political & economical climates.

*What started as a communication of rudeness and negativity, turned into a mutually apologetic conversation where both parties accepted their roles and responsibilities in creating the previous negativity.*

“Last Sunday morning and arrived 2 hours too early, as they open at 12....This is my post yoga ritual when I travel home to Philly...The owner had come to retrieve something from the store and I explained that I grew up in the area, but lived in SC now...Told him my fav was chocolate and that in SC, we don't get all the flavors... He unexpectedly came out with a cup of chocolate water ice.. Thank you..It was awesome! Will be back whenever I get to visit home..and appreciate your hospitality!!“
