“Highly recommend! Everything we ordered was 10/10, but the crab cakes and ahi tuna were the highlights. The staff could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Don't leave before trying the angel food grilled cheese dessert, too. Monterey Bay is a must when in Pittsburgh“

“My wife booked this place for our anniversary and it was a spectacular night. Autumn was our server and she went over the top to accommodate us. The salmon was the best my wife has ever had and the lamb chops cooked to perfection! Make sure you order the Crab Fried rice & the asparagus! And the Butter Cake!!!“

“So, Red Lobster in Pleasant Hills was clean and had a menu with many options. I chose the shrimp skewers and added a scallop one. They were tasty. I added a side of Brussel sprouts. They were delicious. The biscuits were good. The baked potato was done well. All of the staff were friendly . It’s worth a return visit to try the Salmon Bowl or maybe the flounder.“

“The food was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much. My daughter really enjoyed her fries, and the gyro and wings were so, so, so good! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!“

“Tugboats is everything you want in a neighborhood spot: friendly people, a welcoming vibe, and amazing food. Jimmy's pizza is hands down the best I've had in Pittsburgh so far and I'm from Philly and have eaten pizza all over, including New York. But you have to get down there early because they sell out of pizza often.
Momma Jackie and the staff treat everyone like family, and they absolutely adore my dog Freya with water, treats, and plenty of love. The deck is the perfect place to sit back with a slice, a drink, and your pup.“

“🌟 A Sushi Delight in Downtown Pittsburgh! 🌟 If you’re a sushi lover, you absolutely must try the Spider Roll at Luke Wholey’s Wild Alaskan Grille. This incredible roll is a symphony of textures and flavors that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy. Imagine biting into a perfectly crispy USDA soft shell crab, complemented by the fresh crunch of asparagus and cucumber, the creamy richness of avocado, and the delightful pop of masago. This roll is huge and too big for our chopstick skills, so we used our fingers! Each piece is generously topped with a luscious combination of eel sauce, spicy sauce, and a sprinkle of scallions, adding a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy notes. For just $19, you get 10 pieces of this culinary masterpiece, making it not only a delicious treat but also a fantastic value. Whether you’re a sushi aficionado or just looking to try something new, the Spider Roll at Luke Wholey’s is a must-try experience in the heart of Pittsburgh. 🍣✨“

“What a wonderful experience eating here! As a person with a strict gluten free diet, I loved being able to find a restaurant that not only offered gluten free items but items that could be made gluten free! Everything I have tried has been amazingly prepared, the staff is excellent, and the atmosphere relaxed and beautiful. I'll definitely be making this a favorite dinner place!“

“We attended the generous pour. The serving of the wine with our meals did not go as we had expected, and what we had experienced in the past. Two members of our party purchased the wine dinner and the other two purchased the wine tasting and ordered food off the standard menu. For the wine dinner, and the salads were brought out first and served with the rose. We had expected the amuse-bouche to be served first with this wine. When we asked the server, she told us that was not the way it was to be served, but the menu clearly listed the rose to be paired with the amuse -bouche. Also, we weren't served all the wines with each course, we had to ask for them. I'm not sure if our server had too many tables, but we didn't get the level of service we've experienced in the past when we attended the generous pour. The food was incredible but we found the service to be lacking and were disappointed we did not have the opportunity to try all the wines. Our past experiences has been that the wines are brought to the table with each course. I would recommend the servers explain the generous pour process at the beginning of service(eg do we have to ask for the wine, or does it automatically come with the each new course....our server kept pouring us more of the same wine until we asked about the other wines)“

“First time here, was hoping for a table outside but there was a 2hr wait (recommend reservations) high tops and bar are first come first serve, found a couple of seats at the bar with no problem. The open air bar has both indoor and outdoor seating. Good food, service wasn't bad, they were understandably busy on a nice day with outdoor waterfront seating. Would definitely go back!“

“Food was amazing! My husband and I had the shrimp which were large and deveined! I had the filet mignon very good and the potatoes were not overcooked. Asparagus was good but too large for my taste. The only negative was the waitress…. very intrusive, in your face when talking, asking too many questions about my earrings, and her cologne was way too strong it made us want to change seats but we stayed.“

“Well, went to Storming Crab in homestead, pa. I was so disapointed. First I ordered a drink. Cranberry and top shelf vodka. Came with no vodka, plain cranberry. People at the bar said they didn't make that drink?? It took over 20 min for the girl to take our food order, which took another 20 min to get and when it came no ketchup or tartar sauce. So waited for condiments which never came, in the meantime we were done eating and another member of our party still hadn't received his seafood boil. Still no tartar sauce, shrimp very cold, now the seafood boil comes. Still no tartar sauce. So they cold shrimp was taken off the bill. I don't understand the time span, looks like they need more workers. Just too slow. I'm not going to give them another chance, first impression last impression plus corn was ordered and told Jazlyn was missing, never got it. With this service this place won't be here long.“
