Great Old Fashioned and nice selection of draft brews. We split a Caesar Salad and rack of ribs…plenty for 2!!! The owner brought out our food, introduced himself and checked on us again…AWESOME guy, great customer service, and the atmosphere and crowd was wonderful. There is a great history behind this place (ask to see the book of the renovations!), and it is unique and comfy. We will definitely be back when in that part of town…it’s over an hour from us, but worth the drive!“

“I took a spontaneous trip from Akron, Ohio just to come dine here again. I was craving the lobster and knew there were GF restaurants there to accommodate my Celiac. I made sure to put a note about being GF in the reservation. It was a little frustrating to be served bread shortly after I sat down. However, I was thrilled to have the veggies and cheese! Everything was delicious and I will definitely be back! Thank you for having a separate “gluten sensitive” menu available. This really helps eliminate the added stress of eating out with such a dietary restriction!“

Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! Sadly my party and I were just going to head back to Indiana, hungry when they called us back in and said”We’re going to make room for you all up top.” They proceeded to prepare another area upstairs to accommodate our party!
