“I always have trouble deciding what to eat, there are so many interesting items on the menu. Tonight I had a beautiful beet salad with large slices of yellow and purple beets. I was looking for something light so I ordered the crab cake appetizer as a main. It was huge and came on a bed of lightly sautéd spinach. I was impressed with how much crab was in the cake. My meal was delicious .“

“Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a hibachi restaurant. The food was great, service was amazing and the chef Robert was not only very skilled at his craft, but the food was delicious and he interacted with all of us and was friendly and funny! I highly recommend this place and if you go, definitely ask for Robert as your chef.“

“I was looking for the best Thai in Pittsburgh and I'm convinced I found it. Our server made excellent recommendations and made sure we always had fresh cutlery, sharing plates, and a full glasses of water. As someone who served in high end restaurants, I appreciate the details. Our food took a minute to come out, so our server brought us a glass of amaro to make up for the delay (which we were too caught up talking to even notice). The food was delicious and fresh. To top it all off the ambiance was amazing! I'm truly sad I'm only visiting and can't come back again anytime soon.“

“Second time eating at this gem, bringing the family along. I had the tikka masala, and family had red curry, chicken quesadilla and Hawaiian stir fry. The flavors were SO delicious and everyone loved their meals. It's great they offer vegetarian protein choices and substitutes. Owners are super friendly. We can't wait to come back again!“

“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!“

“Me and my girlfriend went to Baby Tacos today for the first time we got there a few minutes before they opened. Who I’m assuming the owner was very friendly and still waited on us. The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. Food was great will definitely be a return customer“

“Love visiting condado butler street when i’m in the lawrenceville area. It’s such a fun vibe & the food is always a 10. My #1 is the chorizo queso. Definitely a very well-managed location. Ask for the employee Phy if you go! Can’t wait until my next visit!“

“I took a spontaneous trip from Akron, Ohio just to come dine here again. I was craving the lobster and knew there were GF restaurants there to accommodate my Celiac. I made sure to put a note about being GF in the reservation. It was a little frustrating to be served bread shortly after I sat down. However, I was thrilled to have the veggies and cheese! Everything was delicious and I will definitely be back! Thank you for having a separate “gluten sensitive” menu available. This really helps eliminate the added stress of eating out with such a dietary restriction!“

“The lady was so nice and the chef came out to greet us as we ate our meal. She was very helpful in explaining to us the flavors and styles of each meal. The restaurant was very homely where you know it’s that authentic family recipe passed down from generation to generation. Our food was hot and served in a timely fashion. “Stopped by for the first time today. We were seated promptly and our drink order was taken. Our server, Debbie was great and very attentive during our meal. The quality of the food was on point. Their Italian toast was amazing as was their French toast, bacon and eggs. I highly recommended Ma and Pop’s Country Kitchen and will be coming back.“

“Not only are these some of the best subs we have ever had, but this place has one of the coolest atmospheres we have ever experienced. We just moved to Pittsburgh and were looking for our go-to sub place and Peppi’s was recommended multiple times. Walking in and you’re instantly met with real hard-working Pittsburgh people and a culturally rich atmosphere that highlights local celebrities, area history, and all around Pittsburgh pride. All this on top of an incredible sandwich and fries every-time and we have our spot for many years to come. We recommend trying the whole menu over time, but our favorites are the Santucci and the mushroom cheesesteak.“

“My family went for lunch on Saturday, the place was absolutely packed! And for good reason, the food was absolutely delicious! And the service we received from our waiter was perfect. Elijah was very attentive and always happy to meet my toddlers many requests 😅 Also would like to add that even though they were super busy, it took them less than 10 minutes to get us seated and the food didn’t take long to come out at all. All the food was hot and fresh, even the strawberries were freshly cut. We will definitely be spending many more breakfast and lunch dates here!“

“I frequent this restaurant often. I came in last week and requested a few items substituted on my salad due to dietary restrictions. Toi ensured that my food came out correctly and didn’t make it seem like I was asking for too much (unlike serves in the past)! Now that’s GREAT service! “Where can I begin… the food was delicious! Friendly service and real conversation. My family and I are from Indiana visiting for the weekend and we wanted to try Grandma B’s. Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! Sadly my party and I were just going to head back to Indiana, hungry when they called us back in and said”We’re going to make room for you all up top.” They proceeded to prepare another area upstairs to accommodate our party! Hands down best food in service in Pittsburgh!“

“My wife's grandparents are from the hill country of Lebanon, and her "Sittee" made phenomenal food. I haven't had anything even close to her cooking until I went to Babylon. Friendly, courteous owner and staff, great service, and food that is out of this world. What more could you want?“
