“My daughter and I have been going to Native for dinner several years now. Always surprised and enjoy the newly created dishes. We had the Salmon Ravioli last night. Excellent. Waiting for the Mushroom and Goat cheese ravioli to come back on the menu. Compliments to the chef and his whole staff.“

“On a weekend getaway in Hawley this past weekend and came across this hidden gem breakfast place - Laurel's Hometown Cafe in Honesdale! Fantastic service, food and hospitality. Christina our server was awesome as well as the chef. Awesome breakfast, generous portions and priced just right for every budget. “Among other things we got the calamari for an appetizer. I got the biggest squid parts I’ve ever got before and it was amazing! My wife prefers the rings which they had with it which was good as well.“

“We are in town for a wedding and chose this place because they make a vegan pizza. It's not an after thought or something to placate the one vegan friend in the group. It's thoughtful and delicious and filling. There's no fake cheese, just all whole ingredients. My nonvegan husband really liked the carrot puree. Definitely will be back when we're in the area.“

“The name says it all. This place makes everyone feel at home. Simple menu and bar service was excellent. Our waiter was spot on with our drink and food orders.“

“We had such an incredible dinner experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely delicious. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and truly a standout for everyone at the table. The whipped potatoes were phenomenal—so smooth and rich, I could’ve eaten them on their own!

I also enjoyed a perfectly made Cosmo that paired so well with the meal. But my absolute favorite was the mushrooms stuffed with crab—hands down amazing and packed with flavor. My husband couldn’t stop raving about the lobster bisque, which he said was just as incredible.

The wait staff was attentive as well (and made sure my children ate all bread their hearts could desire!)“

“We had a lovely dinner tonight. The view was spectacular overlooking the falls, and the food was delicious. It was a great experience being able to try so many small plates for only $8 each. Our server, Xavier, was so friendly and made great suggestions. (He didn’t judge us for ordering so many small plates). :-)“
