“I usually will Uber Eats my Dunkin if im extra lazy (I try not to but we all have our vices) This morning I woke up sick so I placed my Uber order. They were out of my usual food order. Normally when this happens the restaurant just sends the order out and takes the missing item off. This dunkin sent me a ham and swiss rollup and a donut on them with a very kind note apologizing. It honestly made my whole day. I didn’t mind them not having the bites to begin with but them going the extra mile just made my day and I hope this inspires someone to go to this dunkin!“

Sarah helped me today and she was wonderful. Today is only her second day and I think she did a great job. Definitely shows the effort! She is sweet and has a good vibe. “To whomever stole my daughter’s purse this morning from Dunkin’ Donuts on Frankford Ave in Philadelphia, just know that the police have been contacted. And good luck using any of her cards, because they have all been canceled and reported stolen. We are also aware of the last location in which you attempted to use one of the cards. You WILL be found out, sooner or later. But in the meantime, I hope you feel good about stealing from a kid. And to the Dunkin’ Donuts employee who assisted me over the phone and gave me advice, I want to sincerely thank you. I know that you were probably incredibly busy, but that didn’t stop you from being kind and compassionate and helpful. So thank you.“

“I usually don't use the order ahead on the mobile app(horrific prior experiences ) but today I chose to & I'm glad I did! While there was definitely a line(it's the AM & helloooooo COFFEE!) The short wait was well worth it for the quality of the food & the service received! ? If y'all don't already have it, try the mobile app! Great bonuses (discounted or free food), and the option to order ahead, exactly what you want (at least at this location) are well with it! 10/10 recommend!

Parking: While in front of the store, parking is limited, there is a back lot with plenty of parking accommodations!

Kid-friendliness: These folks at this store have been super sweet to my kiddos! Always with a smile for them?

Wheelchair accessibility: While it appears that there's a step up the entire way around the building... There IS a small concrete ramp section at the opposite end of the structure! Sometimes ya just gotta look a bit closer! ?“

The only thing I had a problem with is the bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen I was really grossed out. So bad I would not even wash my hands in the sink. If it wasn't for the bathroom this Dunkin Donuts would be perfect!“
