“I moved to this area two years ago. Today I had my first Chinese Food at Silver Sea Hummelstown. The food was delicious and will be my go to restaurant for Chinese. Service was great. My request in the comments was honored. The egg roll was very good. I pick up my order. The restaurant appeared clean but seating is limited with little ambiance.“

“Was the first time I’ve felt pleasantly surprised when I opened the bill eating out with a family of 4 in a long time. Has the cheeseburger and gyro. Both were great! Had a gluten free bun option for the cheeseburger. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options.“

“Overall: Three generations of my family have been eating at Progress Grill for 20+ years. Stepping into the restaurant is almost like stepping into a time capsule, in the best way possible. The atmosphere, much of the wait staff, and the standard (especially with the crab cakes!) have not slipped an inch. Appetizers: French Onion Soup ($7) - A relatively mild, but tasty onion broth, with plentiful bread and perfect amount of melted cheese. One of the best onion soups around! Oysters Rockefeller ($16) - These oysters were large and tasty, and the garlicky spinach helped make for a great bite. Entrees: Crab Cakes w/ French Fries + Baked Potato ($40) - This is the gold standard for crab cakes. BIG lumps, only a little filler, and perfect flavor, broiled to a crispy perfection on the outside. We are forever searching for a crab cake that meets this high bar, and we have yet to find it.“

“This establishment really checks all the boxes. My partner and I have been wanting to try this spot out because it has been around for awhile now. The holiday decor really makes you feel like you are in a winter wonderland. So gorgeous! His steak was cooked to perfection and I really recommend the salmon mornay dish! “Friday night it turned into a hip date night spot for teens and young couples. It was completely full. Music was on brand, lighting, the food and service was steller for the price. Parking is free! The seafood specials are delicious. I even splurged and had the catfish po boy. The fish was supple, flaky, light, and delicious. I would go again but earlier than 9pm. The crowd shifts late night.Parking: Parking is plentiful. No tables were available and a 20 min wait but I still found parking.“

“Busy Friday night with some people from church- 11 people. Service was good though they did have to return multiple times to bring us corn tortilla instead of flour due to someone being gluten free. Probably went back and forth with it 3 times delaying the meal. I love their chicken enchiladas, and rice but the refried beans could be better. It is very conveniently located and will come back with our group again but if I had time, there are more authentic Mexican restaurants around.“

“We decided to place a large take out order today to check out the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend everything we ordered- the pulled pork sandwich, crabcake sandwich, chicken wraps, burger, loaded fries, chicken tenders & of course, cheesecake. “The menu has lots of variety, but it is possibly too much variety to execute with consistent excellence. The food we ordered was average, lacking salt, seasoning, and basic flavors commonly associated with the meals we ordered. We ordered two Gyros, a regular and a chicken Gyro, and both lacked the tzatziki sauce that makes Gyros fantastic. Both also lacked salt. We also ordered salmon which was presented on a buttery hot plate but was broken into pieces and also lacked flavor. Our lemonade and water had a sulfur aftertaste. It seems filters are not used for soft drinks or water. When we entered we could not smell any food cooking, only the smell of the building, and the decor underwhelming.“

“My family and our friends were in town to visit and wanted to try a local restaurant. We loved it here! The food was great, service was friendly, the kids loved the atmosphere. It looks like your everyday local bar but the food selection was amazing. The only thing I would recommend if you have younger children, is to go before the bar rush starts around 9/9:30. I enjoyed it but my kids said it was loud lol. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area again!“

“Decided to stop here for lunch while visiting family in PA. It is a wonderful little spot just off of I-83. Our server Michelle was very friendly and a great help. I had the Shrimp Alfredo which was delicious and a great portion of noodles, although i would have liked a few more shrimp. My brother had a bacon cheeseburger and fries which of course is a staple menu item but it and the side of fries were great as well. For dessert we had the peanut butter pie and it was outstanding. I would definitely go back just to try more of their desserts. They had a convenient ATM in the entrance area as well as a lottery machine if you enjoy that sort of thing. The restraunt as well as the bar are spacious and have more than adequate seating for the amount of business they get. Big parties are welcome! There is an 18% gratuity for groups over 10 as mentioned on the menu.If you live in the northern York area or go past exit 35 of 83 often, I would definitely reccomend checking this place out!Parking: Lot is directly off the highway, exclusive for the diner, ~20 spots or moreKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome, diverse menu and has a good kids section, booth seating although I dont know if they have booster seats for toddlers.“

“E- Yuan is by far the best for Chinese food for our family. Any time we are in the area, we won't pass up the opportunity to grab our "go to" dishes! Moo shu chicken, egg drop soup, chicken egg foo young, chicken and broccoli, chicken lo mein, wonton soup, crab rangoons. We have had moo shu chicken at other places and it tends to have an "ashtray" taste....definitely NOT the issue here! Their food has always been spot on and when our neighborhood restaurant won't cut it, we will make the trip.“
